Honestly speechless
I can't start this review without mentioning that this was the very first asian drama that I've ever watched. The only way is up!I honestly cannot express how bad this drama is. It’s supposed to be romantic but the guy should actually be locked up for life. In order to get close to her, he literally makes her believe she has cancer(!!!) and he’s the only one who could save her with his organs. If that is not insane enough, he blackmails her into marrying him because only then will he donate said organs??? What?!? Jail!! Electric chair! All of it!
In retrospect, it might have been a good thing this was so horrible because any drama I would watch after this would seem the most amazing thing in the world.

This drama is simultaneously heartbreaking and heartwarming, loved both the main and (most of) the side characters (they’re all three-dimensional and complex) and the acting of everyone. The ML is on another level.
What I love the most is the portrayal and the different storylines about all of the complicated relationships and how they evolved and were wrapped up.
(rewatch value low bc I value my mental health)
