Yeah, in one episode, she specifically talked about coming out to her mother or something.

Title Goodbye Earth Spoiler
What kind of ending is that and Why did I waste my time with this travesty? Was the hot air balloon real or just…
That flowery scene at the end was just to show how they all accepted their fates and were happy with whatever. lol Which then doesn't really make sense considering Se Kyung and Yun Sang spent their final moments apart doing completely pointless things such as shooting up a club and throwing Malatov cocktails from a pier. lol

I actually wish they showed the asteroid making impact and everything blowing up. That would've actually be quite satisfying. lol

Actually the asteroid has not arrived yet at any point of the first episode. Actually, it doesn't arrive until…
I always say to give everything a chance. It's not the worst thing ever. But it's also not good. And it definitely should not have been 12 episodes.

BRO YOO AH IN IS BACK?? SOMEONE PLS CONFIRM IT. I thought he got canceled after controversy. OMG I love him so…
Technically, it's not "back" since this was filmed before his drug cases. But he's the male lead of the series and he gets plenty of screentime.

It's meh. Definitely not the kind of series or story that I was expecting coming into it. The major stories and themes that they focus on throughout the series have nothing to do with the end of the world or the asteroid. And even those stories aren't done very well. Absolutely no depth. The acting is good but it's not enough to save the series.

On episode 2, and did they really kill off YAI's character by showing a picture of him bloody and shot and saying…
No he didnt die. He pops up at the end of the episode, reunites with Sekyung and is a major character until the end.

people dropping a show after one ep and still rating it or writing a review will always be funny to me
Not as funny as people rating a show they haven't even watched one minute of.

Yoo Ah In should have shared some of those drugs with the writers. This was terrible. How I managed to watch and…
Or maybe he did and that's why it was a mess? lol

I finished it by watching on 2x speed. lol

Dropped this right after watching Yoo Ah In's scene in the lab while he was on the phone with the FL, thought…
Actually the asteroid has not arrived yet at any point of the first episode. Actually, it doesn't arrive until the end of the series. The destruction you see in the first episode is a result of a civil war in Korea. (Which sounds absolutely absurd as I type it, but that's what happened lol)

I don't understand the ending, can someone explain to me, like do they die?
You can see the bright asteroid in the sky right before it cuts to black. So we can assume they all die.

I can see some people are using the excuse that Yoo Ah In getting edited out is the biggest reason that the show…
I saw someone below mention that scene of Yoon Sang and his side. But if the cut scenes have to do with that's about, whether a govt tracker or some scifi immortality android device or whatever, then it's actually a good thing. Because no matter what that was about, it would've just been yet another random, nonsensical plot thread to run alongside all the other random, nonsensical plot threads of the series. Definitely not a loss. If anything, removing that plot thread lessened the mess of the series' overall narrative.

not really sure why folks were so hell bent on flying out of korea. maybe i missed something, but if an asteroid…
Supposedly, Africa and America, for example, would be safe from the asteroid's impact. But yeah. It doesn't really make sense. And its funny how they specifically show what happened to the dinosaurs as if that isnt whats going to happen to humanity here too

I can't believe they cut so many Yoo Ah In scenes, so just don't release the series. He's an excellent actor,…
At what points do you think they cut his scenes. He's in it just as much as Ahn Eun Jin. And if they really wanted to limit his screentime, there were certainly a couple of scenes that were completely irrelevant to the story that they could have removed.

I'm just starting episode 8 right now, and if they edited out a lot of scenes with Yoo Ah In, then that must have meant that he was in pretty much every second of the series pre-edit. Because he's in it plenty as it is now. And so far there really aren't any moments where you go and think "oh, This would make more sense if there was an extra scene of him right here." So any narrative problems this series has really has nothing to do with how much screen time he has in it.

Im halfway through episode 2 and this is not the drama i signed up for. So far, and i know it's early, but it doesnt seem to be a disaster epic/summer blockbuster-type show. Neither is it some deep character drama. So i have no idea what the hook is at this point. But ill at least fast forward through the rest because i hate starting a drama and not finishing lol
