Probably an odd question but I was wondering if the shooting location for this has been mentioned anywhere? I can't find any info of sorts in english and as a portuguese national, I'm super excited the hotel is portuguese-styled and there are references to my country and portuguese words. I'd love to know where this was filmed but I have no japanese knownledge so, if anyone has come across the info anywhere, I'd be very thankful <3 Hoping this gets subbed, my lil heart is beaming!
What are the chances of this popping up even just on raw? I'd love to take a look, the plot seems pretty fun ;_; plus, Aoyagi Sho and Inaba Yu, always nice to see them <3 I was looking into reading the manga but not even that I found, unfortunately.
I didn't read the manga but watched it out of curiosity since it seemed to have some good reviews. Man... what a let down. The first half of the movie was so unbearable to me that I had to take about 3 breaks to get on with it. I hated how forced their relationship started, it made me uncomfortable, especially the "date". I have no clue how the main lead fell in love with him anyway. The whole sob story about his past seemed like a pretty crap excuse for his actions too. The rest of the movie was pretty boring/predictable. I'm admittedly not the biggest shoujo fan to begin with but I had literally just finished another shoujo movie before watching this one (which I really liked) and figured I'd try this too. Regrets.
I've been waiting for this to be subbed for a while, I was really curious since the cast is full of familiar faces. I didn't read the manga so I went in with 0 knowledge of the story or expectations. Quite honestly, I really enjoyed it! Pretty strange at times but I couldn't stop watching. I was entertained the whole 2 hours. The characters are all interesting and likeable imo (ok maybe not Kikuma haha) and I'm hoping the spinoff gets picked up at some point because I'd love to get a bit of backstory on the supporting cast. The story has loads of funny moments and acting, while touching some more serious subjects a little more subtly.
Also, Suda Masaki is INTENSE. I love his expressions!

I'm not too sure, I personally just kept checking back the community's link until the posts were finally visible. I'm pretty bad with livejounal myself ;; If you don't get accepted in the next few days, I'd message her just politely asking if by chance she's received your join request and that you've already filled out the membership form as requested. If twitter is a more familiar platform for you, she runs this account https://twitter.com/hl_unofficial

Might have been reuploaded without permission, considering stormychu was the only one I've seen so far mentioning they'd sub it :x Either way, it is indeed better to support the subbers and when Final Mission comes around, it's more than likely to go up in the mugenclub lj before anywhere else as well c:

I don't use livejournal at all except to join subbing communities so I get you haha. There should be an intro & membership post right away when you open the community's link, it's pretty self explanatory. Just gotta read the rules, look for the "leave a comment" button on tht entry, post a comment filling the form that is in the rules (name, country, fav chara/gang, etc etc) and then look for a button at the top of the page (next to community name) with arrows pointing inward (should say "join this community" or something like that when you hover over it) and then just wait for your membership to be approved,

Looking at you, Mighty Warriors. All the recycling of the spinoff's footage and introduction of the new MW members that weren't really important at all for this, felt like a waste of time. I also didn't care for Prison Gang at all, hoping they have more importance in the last movie.
I was hoping the plot with Ranmaru was better explored, he's a character with so much potencial and intimidating presence. I would have like to have a bit more depth in his beef with Rocky, past with Hyuga and to have at least seen anything at all on Kizzy+Kaito's past with Doubt. If one of the big plots of the movie was the Rascals vs Doubt fight, it would make sense to me to have a little bit more on how they all connect together further from the "Doubt enslave their women so we must fight them" (not that it ain't a good reason, just feels like there could be a lot more, especially when we get to see a couple very brief moments where Doubt members taunt everyone's favorite couple as they beat them up. There's a backstory to their relationship and I personally would have liked even a small hint of it instead of most of the seemingly pointless MWs scenes).
I was so excited to watch and in the end felt like this movie had too many wasted opportunities, too many underdeveloped characters that are truly interesting and more shoehorning of Exile members playing characters that don't seem to have a point. It's pretty much a 2h buildup for the final movie, where I'm HOPING things will really get heated. Don't get me wrong, I loved it in general, it's beautifully shot and the fights are as awesome as ever. I just felt there were really interesting charas/plot points that were left underdeveloped in exchange for screetime of characters that didn't really play much of a role (if at all) in this particular movie.
If anyone finds out if the subbing for this gets picked up again, I'd be eternally greatful ;_; started watching this at random because I saw Inaba Yu was in it and I ended up really enjoying the show, now I need to know what's going on in the last 2 episode ;o; <3
