I don't believe Sun-jae forgot Sol. TVN previews are often unreliable. My theory is that Sol returned to the present after the kidnapping incident, and the past Sol never recognised Sun-jae. So now, Sun-jae is acting aloof because he is hurt for so many years. Also, there's there is a lady(probably Sol's senior) mentioning casting Sun-jae for a movie, but he's refusing because of Sol. If he truly didn't remember Sol, why would he decline the project because of her?

I have a feeling that the phone will play a big role in the whole attempted murder or accident fiasco. Because Im Sol's mother didn't buy her a phone, so in past past, she couldn't contact anyone when she was kidnapped or trapped inside the taxi & later she escaped still met with an accident. But now SJ has given her a phone, so maybe she will call or text SJ, and he will reach the scene beforehand, thus avoiding the accident. I hope this happens.
