I will finish this since episodes are short, but only 1 episode in and this is worse than the Taiwanese version. The opening dream and Fuuko's reaction to meeting Daiya and Ichi was awful. They should have just left the opening exactly like the manga.
Ostensibly plot is spot on with instances in the first chapter of the manga, but the acting is meh and doesn't really carry enough to interest me.
I won't lie. I had somewhat raised expectations and dropped after only one episode. :( Disappointing in many ways.

Yeah, it's a bad habit at times, but then again, it makes me appreciate the drama more when I come back to it (well, some times, not all of the time :P)
I remember limericks! I don't think I've written any since elementary school. They have a whole different skill range attached and mine were never that good. I am completely guilty of 3,000-6,000 word recaps. I find myself guilty of going into too much detail. I try to tell myself to cut down and only keep the important plot points, but alas, I can't seem to do that. :P

I'm horrible at starting dramas and then leaving them part way. :P But I've been catching up on some. I've been in a MARS mood again. I should really finish it :) I will happily take recommendations sometime.
I think the idea is pretty original and does capture the basics of the episodes. Kudos!
I know how difficult haikus can be. Especially when sticking to the strictness of the syllables. Sigh. Probably why I don't write too much haiku myself. I can't keep things brief and tight.

Hi! No, I don't mind at all :) Love your site! Sigh, I don't think I watch enough Taiwanese dramas :P I especially like the MARS haikus.
I do like her a lot, but notice she tends to play the same type of characters over and over. Examples? Gloria, How to Meet a Perfect Neighbor, and Spring Bears Love all feature more of the independent tomboys.
I at first couldn't get into this drama, but fell in love with it, especially the moments when Wang Dong Cheng showed just how a good, serious actor he could be and not just a slapstick comedian.
