I can't wait omg it's not helping there aren't previews after each episode but I guess it's a smart choice not to include it because we don't know what to expect so the anticipation is there!
It's been so long since I've been hooked to a bl, my last watched was YNEH and I haven't watched any bl after that or can't get pass after 1 episode if something interest me because the plot isn't plotting and the chemistry isn't chemistrying. I happen to saw this on tiktok, the video didn't show anything it just it said that this BL manage to get the top 5 streaming sites to get the rights to air this and it has the same screen writer of untamed and director of YNEH so I got curious. Watching the first 2 episodes I can already feel this will be one of my fave bl this year. Kinda shocked upon checking the ratings here in MDL because this atleast deserves an 8 so far and just learned about all the drama surrounding the Novel, well I'm just gonna ignore all of it so as not to affect my enjoyment of the drama. Can't wait for the new episodes!
Liking this series sobfar, hope it will be maintained until the end. Also very intrigued on the dark/mystery sub plot and how it ties to our male lead.
I usually don't write reviews but I think this drama deserves more a higher rating. I watched the extended version first. The 8 episodes one and the story flowed nicely. This Drama should be atleast in 8.5 but my rate will be 9 since after watching the last episode it leaves me wanting for more. There are also certain plot points I think they could have done more, but I guess there's only so much you can do if this was listed for 8 episode only.
Now reading the past comments and review here I think the 6 episode version was certainly not the best to watch this show. So if you read this, definitely watch the extended version more.
On the acting department, I haven't seen that many drama by Suzy, this was probably my second time watching here aftwr Dream High and I would say her acting was really in Character and fits her perfectly, she gave Lee Anna so much depth and complexity that made you root for her no matter what.
I get why some are annoyed by SH's constant rejection until the last couple of mins in ep.8, but if you look into her POV, this just seems too good to be true. Girl has a 7 year long one-sided crush, and when she thought she finally gonna have a chance it all shattered. 7 years is freaking long and now out of the blue there's a chaebol guy saying he likes you? How will you even process this? To herself she felt that no one can probably love her and that she isn't worthy, Her insecurities how she knows it's probably not going to work out but is also hopeful and want more of it. That's why I don't understand those who want SH to immediately accepts KTM.
A lot of people like me probably missed or didn't noticed it because of crappy internet but SH teared up while kissing KTM at the end there. It honestly adds more layer on how she finally accepted him. loved it!💗 https://mobile.twitter.com/choobs0828/status/1506305778004598789
