Set the standard so high for 2026
Immaculate work of art. Didn’t put any expectation because I am aware how cdramas have this quirky, awkward style of directing that cut certain scenes and make it seem a bit out of place— but this has none of it. Outstanding chemistry between the two leads especially when it comes to the romance and fluff. The gfx and cinematography need to be complimented a lot, it’s my favourite part of the series — Rongcheng is so beautiful from the characters to its setting. Definitely one of the dramas that I wouldn’t mind rewatching. It’s just THAT good.
