Yeah, he has trauma that has never been treated - and he has suffered from it for years. Stuff like that doesn't disappear just because you get a nice understanding partner. His thought process and the way he acts make completely sense to me.

I love this drama so much, it has all the elements I want from queer dramas: evokes strong emotions (In's healing journey on its own does that, adding my own unresolved trauma makes all those moments even more impactful), a green flag main character, excellent chemistry, intimacy that is very natural and makes me feel like I'm actually watching a couple (those gentle touches and light kisses <3), a couple that communicates well and talks things out... Even the side characters are lovely (well, most of them). I get that if you wanted a proper mystery or crime story you are going to be disappointed. I loved JimmySea acting and chemistry in Last Twilight and I wanted to see how they'd play these characters and if this drama would also touch my heart. And it has.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that ATOTS episodes are great.

The ending reminded me how I wish there were more dramas with a wedding ceremony. I know Thailand hasn't legalised same-sex marriage, but damn it always warms my heart to see mlm and wlw couples tie the knot (+ traditional clothes and wedding outfits are gorgeous).

Someone please give Long Shi a lead role in an action drama. A good drama. The guy can act and fight.

I very much enjoy this drama lol I usually skip anything that has toxic behaviour all over them, but as someone mentioned this gives some telenovela vibes and I find it oddly addictive :D There are some characters I hope to never see again (especially Nan), and Pee is so cringey I can't take him seriously, but everything else I pretty much just find entertaining. Imo Lee Long Shi is the star of the drama but I don't think Frank's acting is as bad as some folks say. Would have loved to see more of Nik & Neil, Kokliang is so good in his role. After seeing the uncut versions of ep1-4 I think that's the version they should have released in the first place. Anyway, definitely gonna finish this drama. It's not great but it's certainly entertaining if you enjoy a soap opera kind of mess lol
