Shine portrayed many issues throughout history that are not talked about enough to this day even though many people have gotten justice for it. The students fighting for their rights is actually a real story representing students that actually fought with their whole life for freedom speech and freedom in general, and died while doing it just as they showed with Victor. He fought with his whole heart and soul even though he had a bright future in front of him, and gave his life for future generations. That is beautifully portrayed in this show.

Than, there's Trin and Tanwa. Showed us the view of a gay person who had trouble, at first, accepting that he liked the other male lead because he was male. They fell in love despite the issues they had with homosexuality and Trin's life changed. "Sometimes, the audacity to risk brings us the most unexpected happiness."
THE. PERFECT. ENDING.
