Yooshik and Minkyung is currently such a mess, Yooshik is walking around eggshells i feel like anything he does irritates Minkyung right away, it was pretty unfair when she got mad at him for staying up late like as if he's the only one staying up late and being loud i think she was just frustrated and had anger pent up overall, nothing going right for her and her ex in her eyes looks like he's having a great time while she's suffering. Minkyung also isn't scared to express her feelings while Yooshik never express his feelings which is weird because at the start he wanted to get back with her.
I understand why people hate Baekhyun specially when she talked bad about Hyunji behind her back but in my opinion that was just him being jealous, although its been 5 years since they broke up he definitely still has lingering feelings for her, she is his first love, he thought of marrying her at some point and if i remember correctly he didnt date anyone in those 5 years while Hyunji expressed that she has dated but this doesn't excuse Baekhyun talking bad behind her back, that was not a good look.
Jiyeon is straightforward and is a nice person but unfortunately from the looks of it Wonkyu is at most only interested in her, Wonkyu has said that he likes taller girls which is obviously polar opposite of Jiyeon thats why she was lowkey mad when Minkyung said they was they same height LOL.
Watching the trailer again has made me realize that the 2 nonchalants jiyeon and specially baekhyun do get a lot more emotional later on and thats probably when their exes come so im really curious if baekhyun is conflicted on his ex or someone new, it also made me realize that baekhyun and jihyeon gets closer later on i am not sure if it's romantically or just as friends but they do get closer as shown in the trailer.
These are just my own speculations, i could be getting gaslit because of the editing LOL so take it with a grain of salt!
I’m not sure if it’s just me but now that it’s revealed that baekhyun and ji hyeon arent exes, im rooting for them. They remind me of Tae i and yihyun ( enemy to lovers trope ) the two couple i rooted for in season 2

Well first of all i didn’t even compare them i’m not sure where you got that impression from and second of all i’m not sure why jiwon is brought up here and if you’re gonna talk about “charming points” jeyeon first’s impression on jimin wasn’t even that good at all until he started showing his interest to her and that’s when she realized that her and jimin could maybe work. It seems to me that the dates for the next episode are arranged and i’m pretty positive that it’s because of the postcards that’s why you can see Jiwon x Changhwan and Jeyeon x Woojae a bit flabbergasted because i’m sure they weren’t expecting it.
My heart aches for Chanhyung, you can tell that he wanted him and haneul to work but because of their own differences it wont work.
Jiwon and Woojae felt the most realistic/endgame couple for me, although they have a date with Changhwan and Jeyeon i don’t think they’ll falter and if ever this looks to me as if they are having their own closure so they can finally be comfortable in the house and also not be wary to others.
Jeyeon and Jimin i’m slowly feeling anxious for them specially when the preview for episode 9 looks like catfish and jeyeon could blossom into something and i’m also kind of wary when Jeyeon said that she was going to focus on what her heart says and iirc when she said that exact sentence last time she was still into Woojae and i might be getting gaslit but i always expect the worst when it comes to dating shows so i don’t feel disappointed when the worse happens.
Chaeeun and Changhwan i’m not really sure how i feel about them, they had their moments here and there but it wasn’t to the point that made me wanna root for them as a couple.
I honestly just can’t find the reason why they would invite 2 contestants that know each other, because to me it seems like they got lazy to look for another contestant and since they knew Jimin was a model they just looked at her sns or old photoshoots and found Sangyun, i just don’t see a reason why they would invite both of them if they knew each other, i’m just disappointed honestly.
