I'm halfway through the first episode and I can see that it's just a drama with a lot of cliches typical of Korean dramas. So if you're starting to watch it, keep that in mind. Such cringe elements used to be very common, but now they are rarely seen in dramas.

I'm curious about this drama. It has such unserious elements that I sometimes miss.

I just started watching this drama, but I already see a lot of opinions that the drama is overrated on MDL. Remember that the ratings are based on the subjective opinions of viewers. Everyone likes different things and when we want to watch something, it's best to just try it and stop watching it if we don't like it. This movie had some nice shots and the potential. However, the acting was poor. Some frames looked very artificial, for example when the character was driving around the city with his granddaughter. I guess it was a green screen. The whole thing dragged on and was just boring.

I wonder if the rating here went down from 8.5 to 7.8 in a few days because people say the actress playing FL "looks too old" for ML. This whole situation is so stupid. You should stop judging an actress just by her looks and YOUR aesthetics. She is a really great actress and fits the role perfectly. Grow up and stop complaining about things that don't matter.

I was planning to update this review after watching all the episodes, but you motivated me to do it now. Additionally, I will summarize everything as soon as I watch the whole drama.

I'm a bit surprised that If I Wish Upon You is so low. For the most part, the approach to the relationship between the main characters was very mature.

But in the end, I chose Hometown Cha Cha Cha. This is my comfort drama.

The couple takes care of the baby, but the detective spends time with him once a month because she promised So young that she would take care of Woo Sung's situation. Recently, I was struggling to finish dramas because they bored me, but I really like this one. I started watching it, when 10 episodes were already aired and I watched them in two days. There is something about this drama that makes you watch it. I like the writing, acting, production, plot... and I really like that if there is any misunderstanding it is quickly cleared up. I recommend watching it.
