Pretty interesting concept with the interviews! Really enjoyed it, I thought it would be a bit boring but it wasn't and I went through the show pretty quickly! I also liked that we got some insight in a random side characters love story as well (sorry SHINee fan here, gotta love my man Minho) but it matched nicely within the story
Nice wrap of the year! I loved Lost Romance, it was such a fresh take on the fantasy subgenre of “comic book become reality”. Definitely look forward to what 2021 brings for new tv shows! Hopefully, we will get some great season 2’s of popular shows such as Hospital Playlist, Love Alarm, Penthouse, The Romance of Tiger and Rose and others. I do agree a TW should be in place for some of this article content
I fully agree with the recommendation! I watched the first few episodes when they came out and saved up all the other episodes till now so I can watch it all at once. The drama seems to be ending this week, luckily forward to the conclusion!
Just watched ep 1 and 2 and I'm really into it! The acting is very on point, I love the characterizing which adds to the emotions imo and pulls in the watcher more :) As scientist I gotta love how they pulled in a scientist to be president haha
Chu Yan is for sure one of my favorite second male leads ever! I think his character was really amazing and nice and his chemistry with the female lead was also great!
interesting how there will be a season 2 with the basically totally played out storyline at the ending of s1? I hope this season might focus on chu yan, with the leads of s1 as side couple. Chu Yan definitely was the scene stealer for me and I think his story could still be interesting to play out!
That Lee Jong Suk story is interesting, I'm a longtime shawol but I've never come across the story that he was in the line-up for SHINee, do you have any source for this (just curious!)? Def believe he was an idol trainee, but it seems weird, why would SM deny Lee Jong Suk an acting career whereas Minho (who supposedly took his place) took off quite early on an acting career while in SHINee, although korean entertainment companies often don't make sense haha
Just finished this series! Def my favorite this winter, I wasn't sure after the first episode but the second one got me totally hooked and I really enjoyed it a lot especially due to humor it was quite a light-hearted drama despite dealing with many social-work issues and even death. If I had to recommend a kdrama of 2018 it would be this one or at least in my top3!
I wasn't even planning on starting this but I came upon soo many gifs that I was like "okay just one ep" but wow, this was so much better than I expected, I really like the setting/atmosphere of the drama so far, the characters are also very interesting all!! In my opinion off to a great start, I'm definitely not just keeping it by one episode!
