Yup, definitely feels like a lot atm. But on a second thought, she never looked at anyone but her mother. I guess its realistic to become that anxious and socially incompetent when you isolate yourself for years. While i do think, she could stand up for herself, i think the writers intention was to show how she was always alone, so she isnt used to be with people or talking to them, hence her social incompetence x.x

i also feel like she just wants to really really really not be perceived, so she always tries to end the conversation real quick. funnily enough, i also have this problem. i dont want other people to notice me. but i agree that the cut is too harsh. the gap between her behaviour with ML and with others is just too big to be believable.

I don't like that it wasn't revealed sooner that he knows who she is. I wanted to have a big moment with this reveal. 🥹

This drama was probably my most anticipated one. I was soo hyped for it. Then i watched EP 1 and..i liked it a lot! But i had absolutely no urge to continue. I usually prefer to watch the uncut version, but i started this drama 17. November last year. I watched 3 episodes by now, giving it a second try in MARCH this year. Like.. 😭 Now i think i will just switch to the cut version, because the episodes are just too boring in the sense of..the plot is so thin, it feels so empty 😅 and 1h episodes are just too long for this kind of series. Fluff and light dramas definitely have their right to exist, absolutely! But i can't concentrate that long on a light and fluffy show 😵‍💫

Although i just checked the episodes on youtube and they arent really shorter than the iQIYI version. 💀

Mhh, i disagree. I dont think they are akwardly acted. I think its just your disliking for comedic characters like them. They are all super unserious and a bit too much/over the top/quite eccentric. I am a huge fan of japanese dramas, so im used to such comedy, but if someone dislikes this kind of acting, they would say its bad. But..its not bad, its just a different way to portay a character. They all are exaggerated and i think thats the way they are supppsed to be. :) so lighten their presence bc they are supposed the bad ones, but they are still endurable and funny (at least if you like this kind of comedy)

I dont remember the kisses in "Because this is my first life" (the drama i have seen the FL before) but i feel like kdramas are on the same page as BLs. (I started with kdramas but went into the BL rabbithole quite fast and this topic is discussed a lot, but since i started to watch non-BLs again, too.. i feel like this is just a topic for everywhere (except thai bls LOL) they are either a hit or miss when it comes to skinship and kisses 😭 I wish the directors would stop using them. I mean, in certain situations, it makes totally sense! (Just like in ep 3) but when they are already together for a while..no one keeps only giving pecks 😭

Gildal is a goblin, at least that what was he was introduced somewhere. From the intros, we know he was a stone previous and became a bodyguard when more ghosts and spirits were around to help bi hyeong protect the people. I assume bodyguard is just used because its easier to explain than "oh hey you know, he is the goblin king and i was a stone which protected a village and now i am human..and do the same thing".

And Jigwi, the gumiho, was in love with Gildal. They both love each other. They just dont talk about it. The way Gildal reacts on the whole "do you like him" convo, i just assume he isnt familiar with these kind of feelings.

Yeah, i am hateful when people are lazy. Imagine u rather ask a stranger to explain it to you, meaning you expect that they take their time, instead of rewatching a few minutes intro. Thats lazy. And i dont like lazy and stupid people. Or people who think their personal opinion about me would matter. You've read 2 comments in which i were rude. For sure you know my whole personality now. I am actually not a one dimensional character and have more sites then being rude to lazy ass people. 😧
