Just read the reddit thread about bake me please episode 1 and had to think about our little conversation here again, because one character catches a cold because he fell in the pool and now they are discussing how bad the Asian immune system must be and what the life expectancy is because not a single show happens to have all characters having both parents alive. 😂
I just got into episode 1 and I'm at the first scene where they bake together and I totally understand what you mean. (At least, I think xd) Peach doesn't shy away, but challenges him and that's so refreshing, compared how Pharm was always shy and pleasing Dean. Peach isn't afraid to stand up for himself and is more secure/confident and not so child-like. I liked Pharm and Dean! But here the dynamic is totally different. It's more like 2 adults being together (and not like one is more quiet, shy, uncomfortable all the time. This classic bottom/top dynamic from back in the days were a pain in the ass because it always lead to the question: Do they really want to be together? Because the "bottom" looks like he would be rather anywhere else but with the "top" 😂) and it's so so nice. They are just on eye level and I love it. They add to e/o in a very good way and it doesn't feel like one partner is carrying the whole relationship, because the other one rather wants to disappear out of discomfort.
I thought it would be a bit hard to get used to to see Ohm and Guide in new roles, but it was surprisingly easy to adapt to their new characters. :D it's nice to see that Ohm has more facial expressions here than in UWMA. 😂 And Guide as Peach is such a Cutie! His grandma is so lovely.

For me, personally, I go with the interpretation that Young Woo out-acted Jae Ha. Just like Singer tried to surpass Walter, but failed, he tried to surpass Jae Ha, but succeeded. He blurred the lines for Jae Ha so much. Jae Ha is known for getting lost in his roles, and this is exactly what happened here, while YW was just playing into it. You can often see him smirking, which, I think, shows, that he's just playing with Jae Ha. He acted like he doesn't know shit and doesn't care about the play (in the beginning, being too late, having problems with lights etc) just to give Jae Ha a false feeling of being superior. And then YW pushed Jae Ha even deeper into the role by making him believe he really did something to his girlfriend/wife. That's what the audience should believe too. You really think YW is becoming Singer and I really thought he would actually kill himself, lol. Because it was just so well done and I totally bought his behavior as being real. He tricked everyone. What also comes to my mind is the finger he left behind at the end. As far as I understood, Singer kept the finger, because he's in love with Walter and likes to hold his hand. Leaving the finger behind, is like letting go of Walter. YW leaving the finger behind, left the impression, that he also left Jae Ha. He's now done with the play and moves on, because everything was just method acting. While Jae Ha got so much immersed, that the lines blurred and he struggles to differentiate everything. As he saw the finger, he wanted to pick it up, but decides to leave it on the floor. As if he decided to let also go of Walter. In the next scene, he is returning to his girlfriend and the eye acting leaves the impression, that she is hurt, but also understands him (she mentioned before, that Jae Ha gets lost in his roles everytime, so it's not new for her) but she loves him and waits for Jae Ha to get out of the role of Walter, while Jae Ha looks defeated. He looks so tired and also as if he regrets something, but finally decides to go with her and leave everything behind, to move on. I just love all those little details.

I think he realized that YW was just acting and he regrets that he fell in his trap, although he should've known better, but got lost in the role/the feelings, as usual. And he didn't just let go of Walter, when he decided to leave the finger behind, but also of YW.
At first I was laying in my bed. Watching the trailer and seeing more and more familiar faces (I am kinda new so I am still excited if I recognize actors) I got up to sit in my bed and in the end I was literally screaming. I am so freaking excited for this!! Boun AND Boss in one show? Oh Lord have mercy. 😩😩😩 Win is looking sooo fine too. Aaaah.
Didn't finish it yet, but episode 13 is refreshingly funny. I felt like after episode 6 my concentration was just so bad and it took an eternity to finish the episodes, but this one is quite funny and interesting again! :D and it's cute how Dean and Win admiring Pharm and Team together. 😂 I liked this in LITA too, when the best friends admiring their boyfriends together. 😂
