No. Obviously they wont allow any incest in kdrama. Its more likely that it would be Sangtae (older brother) to be related to Moon young (as a half brother). Could explain why they argue a lot like real siblings and the mum worker at the hospital said that they are very similar

I dropped this drama about 30 minutes into the first episode. I'm trying to understand why people love it so much.
Thats perfectly fine! Sometimes I do that but with Signal (a really popular one) I had to watch 2 or 3 episodes to really get into it and it was so worth it. But usually I only give dramas 1 episode to see if I like it.
