not everything you see on mdl is correct.. mdl has no idea how much screen time he will get following their breakup. Will he even contribute to the plot beyond simply being an ex-boyfriend? Only the authors are aware for now.
The way the firefighters act in unison all the time when there is an emergency just seems much too unbelievable, and the extravagance when putting out a fire is a little cringe-worthy. However, aside from that, the drama is fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. waiting for ep 22 patiently 5 mins to go

FL had a boyfriend but breaks up with him when she returns to Samdalri... maybe Kang Young Seok is playing her ex.. i'm pretty sure that's why that person said love triangle confirmed even tho it's not

i agree Kdramas also have annoying parents. I don't know if you've seen The Good Bad Mother, but she was the worst for me. also parents in kdramas have more screen time than cdrama parents i'm not sure why
I enjoyed how the ML remained calm throughout the show in whatever situation he was in, even when he was jealous. He doesn't overreact like other leads, nor does he become angry/ignore the FL all of sudden for talking to other guys that are interested in her.
The fl is probably my favourite cdrama fl cuz she's not irritating, she knows what she wants, she's smart, and she doesn't let others determine her decisions, which I really appreciate.
Now, the parents... cdramas always have the most annoying/loud parents, but in this one, they were amusing and a little afraid about their daughter's future of dating the ml, which is understandable given how young she is.
and kudos to the lead actors cuz the leads genuinely seemed to like each other.
