that scene in ep 9 with Bok Ja and Sung Hee was hilarious especially with that background music playing! And Ki Ho's funny line "I think I must've been too awesome and cool. You fainted at the sight of me!" ohh I wish Ah Jin could end up with him :(
Ok, I'm having a really hard time to stay focus watching this drama. I had problem on ep.1 and ep.2. And…
It's not really my type of drama either, I wouldn't mind dialogue heavy/puzzle dramas but the political stuff just bores me, and the drama is slow paced too. I'm more excited over watching Woman of Dignity even though there's hardly any comments on that drama's page
in ep 4 it looks like he's wearing the same green tracksuit from Rooftop Prince.
Did anyone else notice when Nam Joo Hyuk was in the tub he's wearing briefs or something (if you look closely at 16:53 minutes in the ep) and when he's getting up with the towel around there you can see the outline of it XD
how did he even know how to skate? and what was with that scene between Habaek and Ma Bong Yeol at the train station? I almost thought he was going to go gay for Nam Joo Hyuk haha
am I the only one who thought Nam Joo Hyuk looked hot in that water god outfit, wish there were more scenes of him there ;) but this drama was just awkward at times, (cheesy background music/sound effects, stuff happening randomly) I'm laughing at Nam Joo Hyuk with his "I am the water god" speech & the smiling boar scene..
Finally, someone has wrote a review that mirrors my exact sentiment for the drama. Thank you for doing that! Goblin…
Grim reaper was badass in the beginning (like when that man crashed into him) in the later half of the show all he does is cry/be depressed it just got annoying
The drama was ok, It really bothered me how the lead character looked kinda old. I really like the 2nd leads romance.
I think GudyTang was referring to the actor (Gong Yoo) looking old, anyway it doesn't matter if he's lived for centuries he never aged physically since he became a goblin. I guess he does look kinda old when you put him next to KGE...
Bok Ja is one of my favourite kdrama villains, it's weird but I actually like watching her on screen. She's the most interesting character in the drama! However, the scenes with the other side characters (Ah Jin's friends and their hubbies) are kinda boring to me, like they're just there to fill up the screen time. I guess it's the main cast (the Ahn household) that keeps me watching this show.
