Youtube suggested this video of a brief interview with the actor who plays Yuan Lang, Zhu Zixiao, and he's hilarious. I actually didn't detest him that much because he was so handsome. Same goes for Hao Chen and Wu Tong lol.... I'm so bad I know, but the eye candy always gets me =p

ugh guys, I'll be honest, I did not go into L&R thinking he was attractive, but I've fallen so hard for Sifeng at this point, I just think CY is soooo handsome and charismatic and such an adorable and humble shy guy.. my IG explore feed is now like 90% Chengyi and L&R content lol

not gender specific, but yes! like "you, 'silly'" or "fool" but yeah, in an endearing way

I'm sure everyone has seen the clip of the live broadcast (not the concert) when YBY & CY reenacted the cave peck scene, but here's a link to the entire thing. I watched it and it gave me life!!!! It's just so great to see how well the entire cast gets along, and basically they just seem to be so happy to be reunited.

Also, the reactions of their costars when they reenacted was TOO GOOD, it's around the 12m timestamp. Around 54m, they play a few snippets of the romance from the drama, with some intimate scenes and YBY covers her eyes, it's so cute. (No subs btw)

lol no offense taken, I'm no young and naive fangirl, I'm a veteran drama watcher so that lecture was unnecessary

it's really just a statement of wishful thinking... nothing more. plus, I don't really care too much about actors' personal lives like many fans, I just follow their works and admire their acting chops.

Not sure if it's just me, but I'm a bit hesitant to watch Chengyi's upcoming dramas with Zhang Yuxi (tbh not a huge fan of her) but also so stuck on XJ + SF that I don't think I can bear watching him being coupled up with XJ's sister lol.... ugh, I could not be happier if CY and YBY were dating irl and I usually don't think this about drama couples.

(just finished ep. 49, onto the 50s... I have so much to do irl but I can't stop watching lol......)

-ugh, I still can't forgive Ruoyu and I just don't like his character. I thought he was good at first, and then he became such a freaking traitor, and even though his sister died after all of this, I don't feel remorse for him
-Xiao Yinghua, get a grip, as if you could ever earn a slight bit of romantic affection from SF
-YBY's acting is so good in the scenes where she's lamenting over her mistakes, she really expresses how painful it is when you realize you've wronged someone. It really is such an obsessive emotion, always tugging at you.
-SF, I wish I could just hold the poor man. He's gone through far too much... who else besides Jesus would go to such lengths of self-sacrifice for undeserving folks??????
-so many of the conflicts regarding good vs. evil reflect the American political climate these days, so many divisive issues but it's not purely black and white... this drama really gets it right!
