I like to see episodic stories for a while about life at the airport. But it's frustrating that there are only…
So glad someone has my same wavelength! I love the acting, the unique plot and the cast but the way they deal with revealing the backstory is just too slow and repetitive. For example, they repeatedly show scenes when SY tried to take his own life by sliding down the stairs and YR's father but not showing any more than that. It's giving me a headache trying to fit the puzzle pieces up.
But anyway, will watch the whole thing up and give my final thoughts. Who knows? They might make up for it and deliver the whole story and not rush everything like every other drama. *fingers crossed*
I've watched 22 episodes so far and I still can't find that much character development in the main leads. Yeoreum is still impulsive and doesn't think before she acts. Sooyeon is just starting to reveal his secret but something really had to go in his way. I find that there are way too many fillers, others are reasonable but others don't even happen that frequently in an airport. If they wanted to show how people work in the airport, they should've resolved to non-drastic scenes, something that we can actually relate to and not some crazy stalker.
The story is also developing too slowly. If Seo In Woo really wanted him to quit working, he should've done more than just verbally threaten Sooyeon with revealing his support device. It doesn't make that much sense. The love story's progression was quite abrupt. I mean I couldn't quite figure out why Sooyeon likes her so much aside from their history, that three-second love and accepting him for who he is shizz... so much that he can risk his life, wearing the device, just to have a date with her. That was a little too extreme for me.
To be honest, I'd rather see my security service OTP's love story unfold and more screen time for the power team managers. The main leads seem to pale in comparison. :/
