To everyone who says that the series is weird after episode 6 and has a time skip and is rushed, that’s how it was in the manhwa the series is adapted from.
I guess they could’ve made the series longer anyway and create their own thing, it would’ve been much better, but they made the weird time skip like, I think almost exactly like how they did in the manhwa.

I would’ve rated higher if it was longer, I read the manhwa before watching and it was very rushed, so it’s not a surprise that the adapted series is as well, but it’s a shame because it was very well done and the chemistry between them were great!

I really don’t like how their relationship started and that we didn’t get to see much of their development, but I still think it was good overall and I’ll maybe rewatch it.

this is my review, for a no spoiler one, let’s just say:
I love the acting and the chemistry between them. First and Khao did such an amazing job portraying their characters.
That was great! The rest? Not so much.

I like the story.. idea, but it wasn’t executed well, I wish we could see more of it. It feels like the story had a good and slow start and then it rushed and didn’t stick to what it originally was about. They had great ideas about the plot but it just didn’t get anywhere. Like the problems about the school not giving them freedom, and all they showed was that they have to wear uniforms and not use their phone, isn’t that normal for most countries?

The curse was also something interesting and I really thought there’d be more about it.

The main couple Akk and Ayan had the enemies to lovers trope and I love that, but we didn’t get to see much development in their relationship, like why did they like each other?
The side couple Khan and Thua felt forced and we didn’t get to see anything about why they liked each other either, I actually thought Thua liked Ayan with the way he was looking at him all the time. Thua didn’t show any emotions during the whole series, he was just staring. I’m a little pissed he got a good ending. Khan deserved so much better, when they had their kiss, Khan looked so happy while Thua just stood there.
Namo was just there and I don’t understand why, they portrayed him like someone suspicious who would be behind everything, but really he just wanted to join the others in the club and have friends, and in the end, he did, but why? He didn’t do anything special, he was barely even there.

The acting was great, but the writing was not.

They do talk about real issues like sexual orientation, school, depression, homophobia etc. I love how they don’t do the normal "I don’t like men, I just like him" and things like that, it was just love and teenagers dealing with life, so that’s positive.

ALSO this pissed me off, but I feel like it should’ve been more towards the end, like how everyone just forgave Thua for outing Ayan and Akk like that, and Akk had to take the blame and deal with everything without even receiving an apology. Thua said he respected their love in the same breath as outing them to a homophobic school, where he’s been bullied for that exact reason, knowing it would hurt them. AND he didn’t even regret it, he didn’t even apologize, he didn’t do anything.
THEN later Thua has the audacity to talk about importance of coming out to people close to them, when he didn’t even give Ayan and Akk the chance to do so themselves.
I would’ve been throwing hands.
Also Khan and Thua just got back together, no talk, no anger, no nothing. Nope.
