this was entertaining enough to make me finish it, but it was just something to kill my time with. nothing wow, nothing out of the ordinary. and this might be chun woo hee's best role, even if her character was annoying as hell.

I'm actually glad they also included that part. we got to see everything you mentioned, and the fact that they lived a long life, despite everything they've been through. I don't understand how people view it as a sad ending when it's nothing but the opposite

I actually liked the ending. I can't remember the exact scene or episode, but hae in tought she saw an old man going to his wife's grave in Germany and told hyunwoo that when she dies she doesn't want him to be like that. but he was exactly like that, and it seemed that it was the exact old man in both scenes. I found that to be really cute actually, and not sad at all

I didn't see the ending as them dying, as some people are writing here. I saw the ending as their new beginning, the sun after the storm. a new chance for them, a brighter future. and the fact that the railroad was free at the end (there wasn't a fence anymore) like a new way opened for them, an opportunity, the chance to be happy. maybe I'm too positive but thats what I would like to believe.
