I think this is one of the best K-Dramas released in 2024 so far. I already liked the female lead from Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, and she really grew on me even more in this one. The male lead was new to me, but he did an amazing job. Even the supporting characters, like the ex-boyfriend and his wife, had great storylines, which was refreshing compared to typical K-Dramas. I loved how strong and independent the female lead was, yet she grew by opening up to love. The only downside for me was the last episode — it felt like filler, and the breakup didn’t make sense, especially after her mother’s passing. It would’ve been better if they supported each other through their grief. Also, the romance was barely there until the last five minutes! But overall, it’s a great show and I highly recommend it!
damn their acting is peak !! and they all have chemistry doesn’t matter if it’s brother, sister, lover, family relationship they all fit together so well. and 2lead couple kiss was so adorable. and the last scene in ep 11 how he said her whole name and nothing else and then everything just crumbled. they deserve awards only for this scene. I’m speechless
so I think one of the thing that will happen in the end is that fls mother will finally talk to her and apologise. because I’m every other episode she came back for the rest of the fam. like she congratulated Cha on her pregnancy or how she talked to ji wook but she never recognised or talked to fl but I think it will happen in one of the last two eps right ?
I like the relationship between Son Hae Yeong and Nam Ja Yeon. In spite of JaYeon's father killing HaeYeong's…
but did ja Yeon know about the murder in the first place (like did she think he just died due to natural cause and now she knows after hiding with the ceo) and secondly does she know who killed him ?
In my opinion, this is one of the most refreshing and open-minded K-dramas I've seen. The female lead is so independent yet lovable, and like I said, really open-minded. Her relationship with the male lead is so healthy, and their communication is great. Even the other characters and storylines aren't your typical K-drama plots. They tackle topics that aren't often talked about, like whether or not they want kids, and it's shown as okay either way. There's also a couple in an open relationship, and one scene even hints at a romantic connection between two men. They explore how people deal with trauma differently, and they're open about sex too. It's just so different from most other dramas I've watched, especially in the rom-com genre. can’t believe that it’s ending next week 💓
I’m so in love with the fl in this drama and I love that she took the blanket from bok to give it to ml. she’s so clever, funny, crazy, independent and loveable I can’t ❤️🔥
I’m sorry but am I the only one who thinks mls acting is getting worse and worse by every episode. like his facial expression are not available at the moment. feels like he had Botox all over his face. his emotions looked the same when she broke up with him, when his mother told him not to see her anymore and send him to wherever or when he proposed. how do people like him get this kind of job while soo many second leads especially someone like 2ml or Lee Sang-Yi only get side roles when they deserve mls spot. beauty alone doesn’t cover for everything sorry for the rant
can’t believe that it’s ending next week 💓
