I've just finished watching all the episodes currently out. THIS DRAMA IS SO GOOD! From the camerawork to the lines, and the phenomenal acting, I can already tell this drama is going to be the best drama of 2018. The chemistry, tension and love between the two leads, both the young and present ones, I've rarely ever felt in a drama.
I am so invested in the story, I truly care and worry about the characters even if I've only interacted with them for a solid 4 hours. I can't wait to see how the story plays out. I wonder what will happen to Na Moo's hallucinations...

Judging by the trailer, the adaptation will be very similar to the book >.< I was only looking out for Deng Lun in this at first, but having seen the two trailers, I'm convinced this might possibly be my favourite drama of 2018! Yang Zi is such a trustworthy actress and I'm looking forward to her collaboration with Ode to Joy co-star Deng Lun. Isn't it ironic that Guan-Guan's love interest in Nirvana in Fire 2 is Qiu Ying's boyfriend in Ode to Joy 2, and vice versa? XD Also, the CG looks amazing! From the lighting and the effects, everything looks so, so, so well done!
