People who've never been in an abusive relationship don't realize that an abusive relationship isn't abusive all…
When did I say that every victim stays, though? "*Was or wasn't he in Relationship with her? If he abused her ( 2 years ago), why she stayed ?" You presented a question, which I answered. On the contrary, you seem to imply that staying negates your status as a victim and invalidates abuse.
And you observed all this through tweets and behind the scenes videos.......................?
I genuinely dislike Poi and her work but feminism and standing up for victims doesn't stop at women you don't like. A lot of you backing Build seem to lack critical thinking. Imperfect victims exist. Toxic people can be victims. And if we're including track records, then Build isn't any more deserving of the benefit of the doubt than her. Why would I trust a rape apologist who has said you can justify the most heinous kind of abuse against a woman to not then have that idealogy inside his own relationships and respect his female partner?
It's not 50/50 when she presented evidence and he attempted to counterstrike and just incriminated himself further. You mention her getting caught "lying" about the ultrasound (for someone who cares about mental health diagnosis, it's quite cruel of you to not consider the effects that child loss can have on a woman and how her trauma manifests) but you don't mention that Build was also caught lying (saying he never asked for money from her but presenting screenshots that show he did and deactivating with speed).
You presented a very biased version of events but I'm not trying to fight you, I'm just always sad to see a woman ride for a man like this because he would never have your back.

It may not have been your intention but intentions do not change what you said and yes, asking why someone would stay in an abusive relationship is dismissive of the emotional trauma they suffer and it subsequently shifts blame onto the person for staying by making it about their actions and not the abuser's.
You guys were in here when the drama was airing talking about "don't say Pete has Stockholm Syndrome" about a fictional character but will armchair diagnose real people with mental disorders. 🥴
May I ask, what do you think is wrong with her behaviour in regards to Build?
Soon enough we'll know more from Build's POV!We all know what kind of person is Poi, she already had multiple…
People who've never been in an abusive relationship don't realize that an abusive relationship isn't abusive all day, every day. It's not a constantly on switch. People who are abusive physically are often also mentally abusive and it's the mental abuse more than anything that stops them leaving. Victims think that since their partner is sweet 80% of the time and sorry for their "mistakes" after outbursts, then it's "okay." And it can be hard to leave an abuser because it can be dangerous for them to through fear of escalation or they're so beaten down by bad self-esteem, they feel like if they leave they'll be alone forever.
This is a really dangerous take and you're victim blaming a much wider group than just Poi regardless of whether you believe her specifically or not.
I think what he did wasn't something out of naivety or carelessness. Because there were actually quite a lot of…
I don't disagree with you at all, we're on the same side. :) There's a large pattern in this that I agree is concerning, I just meant to say that 'at least' it was naive, as a lot of people have been acting as if this is something plucked from thin air to hurt him for his popularity growing and is being used to cover up much larger issues in China. This isn't true as a prominent politician in Japan, Nobuo Kishi, is also currently causing much anger for his own visit. The reaction is typical of shrine visits such as these. There is no conspiracy at all.
Ah I didn't know about your second paragraph at all, that's really awful.. enabling domestic abusers is something I think is impossible to overlook and I'm very disappointed to hear that what I expect is young women would help clean such an image... :(
One thing that troubles me a lot about his character is the post of the unconsenting young couple in the subway, whose family more than once asked him to remove it but he did not. If this is untrue and anyone would like to correct me, please let me know as it's one thing I do see not really being addressed, here or on any SNS.
My country was affected by Japanese colonialism but I visited one of the shrines (Yasukuni) in this situation too when I visited Japan around 5 years ago. Actually, I think natural curiosity about such a thing is okay but taking photos is where I think you have to say 'no'. Here, they show some very awful propaganda videos with lots of revised history.. it's very right-wing and I felt angry. It's not only a shrine but there is a war museum. There was even a book you could see on display. I was with a American Japanese friend, who told me it was titled something such as The Lies of Nanjing, where they claimed the whole incident was either a lie or exaggerated. Such a shrine is obviously taboo in China. This is only right.
At the least, he was very naive to leave a paper trail of photos as evidence. I visited for only 20 minutes and I never wanted to commemorate such a place. I hope people will realize the reactions are coming from a place of concern, rather than just 'antis' attacking someone who is famous. If he never gave them this material, there is no evidence against him.
Well, this is kinda expected. But at least it has aired, we have watched. I am thinking when hyx airs, maybe I…
It was removed by Youku after being flagged by the board for 'harmful and vulgar content' after nearly 2 billion views in a couple of months. Back then, there was a really big 'clean up' and they never indicated when it would be re-uploaded, which led to a large outcry. 3 months later, after they 'adjusted' some scenes, it was put back on the platform.
I understand they need to keep it low profile but if it doesn't air by the 20th (or 19th as some Chinese fans suggested being more likely), then I think the least they can do is give us another Caibao post to clear it up. :( People have waited really patiently but if it's not coming in 2021, I think we'd all like a break to recharge our clown batteries for our spring.
According to what I read (but of course people can be making it up so I'll sprinkle the rest of this with salt, lol), the most likely slot is the vacant Thursday to Saturday one. HYX was sent to the second review at the end of July and the verdict usually is given within a couple of weeks. So by the latest, tomorrow it should be passed. I think it was always unlikely it would air until You Are My Glory's run ended. The heat is fairly quiet now these days, which is to Tencent's tastes because it's a sensitive time for HYX. I think the climate is still good for it to air on the 19th.. :)

I can't believe it's nearly over, I'm already sad. Thanks to the drama, I enjoyed all my nights watching it. 💕
