I don't think it could ever have reached that tier, but it definitely could have been a hell of a lot better. Yoon shouldn't have been cast as Kamol. I've got nothing against him (other than the fact that he kisses like he's kissing his grandma in every single show he does), but he is just not the right person for the part. The cheesy music should go. Someone who actually knows something about bdsm should have been consulted. Bts told us that the leads hardly had any workshops (no surprise there), and the bdsm scene was the first one they filmed! "Here, you guys hardly know each other. Go film a hot sex scene." The director had to show them what each whip, etc, was. It's no wonder it turned out to be such a comical scene. I feel like the director isn't even watching the footage after he films. What about the long hair growing out of Yoon's neck that I see over and over again? Doesn't that show up on the monitor? The wonky light on the outside of the mansion--would a mafia boss have that? Why is it so impossible for Kamol to crack a smile? Why is Kim still so standoffish even when he's supposedly in love?
Do any of you guys hate unforgotten night, simply because you actually feel like it's WAY,WAY,WAY too realistic?
Do I hate it? No. Do I think it's bad? Yes. And that doesn't entirely have to do with the lack of spark between the leads, but it would be nice if they kissed and touched like they were gay rather than straight. I'm enjoying watching it, but there's a lot of cringe.
Things I noticed most in this episode: The damn rogue hair is still on Kamol's neck. Somebody please pluck it! For a rich guy, Kamol sure keeps an uncomfortable-looking chair in his office for his guests to sit on. Something seems off about the tigers. They never react when people approach or when they pet them. Kamol sure takes a lot of vitamins, iron, and health drinks. Are we supposed to feel sorry for Cherry now? Although Kim is warmer toward Kamol than he used to be, nobody's setting the screen on fire here. Is it just me, or would anyone find Kamol's orders difficult to follow? Contact the judges? Okay, then what??? I don't know how these people clean wounds when they never actually touch them.
In the translation I saw, the mom called him Daonuea. I am glad you brought this up because I didnt see any other…
The other one of Nine that looks like he's just gotten home from a funeral or something--he kind of looks like the college Nine with his hair combed down. They probably edited it that way to make it look like D had a car accident and died.

Have you seen the preview scene (I don't know from what ep) where Daonuea is crying and driving in the rain? It makes me wonder if the creepy guy shows up or something.

I may have looked away from the screen and missed that, but as Daonuea is the first person they showed after that scene, it makes sense that it was him. But I don't get it--like you said, weird time to put that in. And it was never brought up again during the episode.
