I screamed twice. In excitement when Chang Min called back Jeong Hyun and in frustration when Hyuk Jun and Seon…
Same, same, same. Why did Hyeok-jun have to call Chang-min? Now Chang-min is all conflicted because he liked Hyeok-jun to begin with. I hope he realizes that Jeong-hyun really sees him. Did you notice how Chang-min kept going to the bed where Jeon-hyun sleeps to lie down and be conflicted?
Based on first impressions alone I found Chang Min and Chan Gyu the most attractive. I still feel the same after…
I honestly think that the guys on the show all seem to be more attracted to, or immediately attracted to, the gruffer look. So Jeong-hyun and Chan-gyu, who are "prettier," are not getting as much attention. Chang-min, looks-wise, seems to sort of be in between and he's very popular with everyone. I am glad Jeon-hyun hung back with his attraction, didn't immediately call Chang-min, and has tried to get to know him. It's paying off. I was a little peeved that Hyeok-jun called Chang-min. I totally agree that Chan-gyu is adorable and I'm rooting for him. He needs to let go of Seon-yul, though, just as Eun-chan needs to let go of Hyeok-jun.
Honestly, those men seonyul and hyeokjun only care about looks, like they have barely talked with changmin but…
I get this feeling too. Chang-min is only approached for his looks, which is why I think he appreciates the rapport he's developing with Jeong-hyun, who actually talks to him.
Changmin was very confused but happy after getting a call from Seonyul. Wasn't expecting that.
I thought he got a call from Hyeok-jun, the one he wanted to be with earlier on. Now he's conflicted because he also likes Jeon-hyun. My vote is for Jeon-hyun. At first, I thought he was a little jerk, but now I like him a lot.
Jeongho is so likeable. The "oh my gosh" and when replied "NO ㅠㅠ".I sense the competition of Hyeon and Eunchan…
I think Lee-hyeon is being a jerk about it. He purposefully went to Eun-chan's room to be there when Hyeok-jun made his call, probably thinking Hyeok-jun would call him, Lee-hyeon.
I love it that Chang-min and Jeong-Hyun seem to be gravitating to one another! I wish that Eun-chan and Chan-gyu would let go of the guys they are fixated on and try someone new. The only guy on the show I don't really like is newcomer #1, Lee-Hyeon. On episode 5, he seemed to be purposefully baiting Eun-chan because he knows Eun-chan likes Hyeok-Jun. I feel he sat in Eun-chan's room, thinking Hyeok-chun would call him, Lee-Hyeon, and he wanted Eun-chan to know it. Just mean.I hate the calling thing. It is so freaking awkward. Did anyone notice how Chang-min kept throwing himself down where Jeon-hyun sleeps? I also took note of Seon-yul saying that Chan-gyu (here they spell it kyu, but on the show they spell it gyu, so idk), is more mature than he thought. Maybe he is taking a second look?
I think it is more accurate to call it look into the light and shadows of the entertainment industry rather than…
I agree with you. Unfortunately, I notice people on social media already making speculations about which couple each are supposed to represent. If all that gets too heavy, I will probably stop watching it.
I knew from the trailer this was going to be more angsty. I wasn't sure I wanted to watch it. After episode one, I'm still not. I know this isn't an accurate behind-the-scenes of the industry, but I watch bl to escape, and I don't want to imagine some of the stuff that might be going on bts. I also really hate to see the actors in emotional stress, etc. But I love all of the actors playing in this, so I'm going to continue watching for a while. And, as everyone else has said, they need to give us translations for the social media as it seems to play a large part in this. I was a little shocked at the language. After watching bl's for so long, and then watching KinnPorsche, which was in every other way great but had subs that said "dang," all the f bombs dropped in the first ep of War of Y was a little shocking.
This whole thing didn't make a heck of a lot of sense. BounPrem are always worth watching, though. They are adorable together. the scene where they have their real moment was moving despite the fact that they really didn't build up enough of a connection for it. A lot of time was wasted in this series, short as it was.
I totally agree that Chan-gyu is adorable and I'm rooting for him. He needs to let go of Seon-yul, though, just as Eun-chan needs to let go of Hyeok-jun.
