You've echoed my thoughts. I have one sentence for them: I did not like the ending one bit.
Did you understand the bit the boy said? Did he mean that Wenlang sent Gao Tu's dad to prison for extortion? (Although that is not what the subs said.)
Did SWL really pay the 10 million to that father???
I don't think so. I figured Wenlang wouldn't want his kid with Gao Tu aborted. Is that was Sheng and Hua were talking about at the end? Did Wenlang send Gao Tu's dad to prison for extortion? But the kid said Daddy Wenlang, and then asked if Wenlang was in prision, and I was so confused.
this may be a little delulu, but think with me! you all are mad because of the ending, some even saying it was…
If they do a second season, I hope it's like you said. I'm already upset that we didn't get the real scene we wanted from Wenlang and Gao Tu but instead a lie fest conducted in a restaurant by Gao Tu's greedy father. I'm a little surprised ther are hints of couple vs couple among fans. I loved both couples. We just got short-changed with the second one. Honestly, I felt short-changed with the first one, too, due to the oddly short pregnancy. How long are omega pregnancies? And do kids go to kindergarten at age three in China?
I was worried about how they could possibly wrap it up, and the episode was even less satisfactory to me than I was afraid it would be. Would it have hurt to have a couple more episodes so it wouldn't be so rushed? Or just one? Here are my honest thoughts. I know it's a huge step just to have this series, and on the whole, I loved it. The only problems I have with it are from this final episode alone. The pregnancy was so rushed...was the baby full-term when Sheng started bleeding? Hua Yong talked like it was---asking Wenlang to take care of Peanut, like he would be born. From that moment on, Hua seemed very disengaged from the child, and Peanut didn't even seem to like him much. Hua seemed jealous, which I guess was the point, and he won't allow Sheng to have more kids because it might hurt him. (I guess that's fitting for the character, but the jealousy part is kind of disfunctional.) Anyway, that whole time leap bothered me, as well as that final scene with the child. As for the second couple, Wenlang's weird zombie overdrive rut looked ridiculous. I'd rather see him all savage than in his silk bathrobe knocking like that. So...this happend after he was hospitalized? Because his secretary told Hua that W was in the hospital for mega rut and then they show him drinking at home before going out on his zombie rut walk. So, maybe he went nuts when he discovered Gao Tu climbed out the restaurant bathroom and disappeared and was hospitalized, then released too early? It looked like years went by after that with him not seeing Gao Tu and then they ran into each other and there's a hug. And that's it. And what was that conversation between Sheng and Peanut and Hua Yong? Were they talking about Wenlang or Wenlang's dad? In prison? I was so confused. Or was it a metaphor, like in the dog house--Hua said something like only Gao Tu's breath could save him? It made me even more curious about Gao and Wenlang and how they wound up. (And I guess they had a girl? I know more about that from seeing posts from people who have read the book than what they gave us in that short scene.) Also, do kids in China go to kindergarten at age 3? So, is this a set up for more? I do hope to see them all again. I'm just frustrated we didn't get that moment where Wenlang goes to Gao Tu, asking why Gao Tu didn't tell him and Gao Tu explaining because Wenlang hates omegas and he never wanted him to know he was an omega, and then Wengland saying, "But I could never hate YOU" and all the tears and love, etc.
Did they mention the fiancee before that final scene?
Oh, okay. Then it's probably that one. It was weird because it was after the ending credits of the final episodes. Kind of like it was preparing for a second season. (I don't know why I care--this was a horrible series, lol!)

You're talking about the scene after the credits of ep 6, right? Just want to make sure I didn't skip a scene with her before, as I did skip a couple of the girls and the high school guys.
Chain and Jorn were so good. Could tell a mile off that these guys enemies were going to get it on. The word rape…
Imagine those two in a good enemies-to-lovers storyline (not this one.) If Jorn hadn't gone so far as to beat and then kidnap (and rape) Chain, it would have been so much better.
I thought this was cute (besides the JornChain storyline). For 6 episodes I guess they did the best that they…
The JornChain storyline was pretty much the only thing I liked, minus the rape, kidnapping, beating, and Stockholm Syndrome, lol. They just had really good chemistry and would have done an amazing enemies-to-lovers in a better show.
The only good thing about this show was the GL and highschool couple, the others were a mess. No way bro went…
It helped when someone told me it was unfinished because the actors wouldn't continue, as they weren't getting paid. But to air it like it is was crazy.
