Ow, ow, ow! I've watched five episodes. I haven't heard much about this series, and I'm really surprised. It's so good! And, right now, my heart is breaking for both couples.

Okay. I could have sworn some of the candles said 15 or 16, but I didn't go back and check.

I was confused about Ai Di's age on the candles...weren't the numbers too low while he was in jail? How old was he at the beginning?

Awesome series. I loved it so much. Touching stories for both couples. I was a little confused about the ages of Ai Di and Chin Ye. It seems Ai Di's was a little low when they showed the candles on the cakes while he was in jail??? Was he that young at the beginning when he slept with ChinYe?

I noticed that scene with Jade and Mai and every time Mai talked, it echoed. For a minute, I thought it was a dream sequence.

I rated this higher than I thought I would in the beginning. I got to where I really enjoyed watching this once they toned Jade down a bit. I was pretty surprised at those love scenes--way hotter than I thought they'd get, although I wish it was more of a sequential thing than chopped up scenes. On the bed, in the bath, by the wall.

I don't think Babe had those feelings for Way and Way knew it. He was afraid to try more or their friendship would be lost, too.

I can't help but really feel for Way. Nut did a fantastic job with that last scene. On another note, he has the most beautiful lips...

That developed entirely too fast, imo.

I wondered about that. And in EP 8 preview, he says he wants to tell Mai something about himself. Maybe that's it? Anyway, I agree the show has improved greatly in the past few episodes. Episode 7 was very good.

omg, this episode was depressing.

bl's I thought were awful. Check Out. Physical Therapy. Meow Ears Up. I want to say Unforgotten Night except I still somehow liked it despite it's issues, lol. I loved A Tale of a Thousand Stars, Between Us, I Told Sunset about You, Theory of Love--to name a few favorites.

I like most bl's unless the plot is awful. This one, it is hard to get into the couple because Charlie is lying about something and he's so eager and doesn't seem genuine. Babe is a dick. The racing part bores me and I always watch that on double speed. Maybe I'm missing something fundamental with the plot. Oh, and as an MM romance writer, it drives me nuts they've included the alpha thing but aren't elaborating on it. I mean, what's the point?

I guess I missed the fact he's been lying. I thought he just didn't trust him and the picture was incriminating. But, yes, the puppy dog act. And the whole fact we do know what he's up to makes it difficult to like them together. I also don't see Babe as a wonderful person. He's kind of a dick.

I like Way better than Charlie. But honestly this show is boring, imo.

I felt so sorry for Jade when that guy broke up with him. What terrible things he said.

I've never thought the whole--break up with him to keep him safe--made any sense. It's not like it erases all feelings. The bad guy would still target him. And if he was just going to go back to him, why didn't Tew just kill Kenji in the first place without ever breaking up with Guy? "Oh, okay, Kenji's promised he won't do anything. Now I can go get Guy back and resume our relationship." Stupid.

I agree about Kenji, sort of. I get the feeling the guy can act but the character is just crap. I do feel chemistry between the leads, but I also feel it between Guy and Wahl.
