if you want to save yourself some heartbreak and frustration, stop watching at ep 14 20:45..... we all know our girl's a little crazy and we love her for that but she is damn lucky to meet someone as forgiving as ML
i love our main couple! their chemistry and all the butterflies they give just takes my breath away. but i wish at some point our girl would be the one showering him with love as well. my fav scene was when she had won and ran over to find her queen. i feel like after that scene, our main leads go through so much together and yet there was nothing after that that could even amount that moment
Girl Douban best ratings are the most boring dramas i have ever seen. 😂
i agree i find mdl ratings are inflated and would trust douban ratings more. honestly this is nonsensical and frustrating but does have its cute moments that make it watchable
is it super exaggerated and super unrealistic and prob super medically incorrect? yes and i loved every min of it! a light, funny, action packed and heart warming bingeable watch
extraordinary yet ordinary funny and wholesome drama. their conversations and little banter feels like dumb conversations you have with friends that you all end up thinking what are we even talking about. the only answer would be no idea but we sure did have fun.
if in eps 7 you can’t stand with her its better you drop it..maybe this is not cup for your tea.. because i…
Completely agree because i was so confused as to what she was even upset about to begin with. FL says that ML is inconsiderate because he never explains himself. It's not like she gave him a chance to explain himself because she moved back home for a few days lol. Not that ML even owes her an explanation in regards to a perfectly reasonable work decision completely unrelated to her though. In a professional work environment, she is not privy to the same information and obviously have different concerns based on their respective positions. She really has no right to be upset about it because it literally has nothing to do with her so i dont get why she had to make it a them problem.
There was so much beauty and depth to this series. If you're after fanciful relationships and caught up in your…
another quote i cannot stop thinking about is when pregnant rose is sitting on a bench in shanghai and i believe she is journaling and writing to her unborn child... whether life is sweet or bitter, it is worth a visit. this line beautifully represents the essence of this story
late to the game but almost half way through and its been very refreshing to see a FL that is actually smart and not annoying. the princess is also very smart and nice but almost too nice that i can not not worry about an upcoming plot twist... the only annoying/dumb women is FL's maid and the Dowager Empress.
but also why is everyone sh*tting on ML for? he looks mature but def not grandpa.... or maybe i'm getting old too
Really really good, please continue watching, first 9 ep might not that great but starts from ep 10 it's sooooo…
oh man i started watching because of all the good comments here but im at ep 6 and questioning wth i am even watching because it seems like nothing is going on at all... i guess i just need to power through a few more boring episodes hopefully
Totally agree. They were not able to portray these characters properly. I also personally believe the writing…
omg so true!! dumb plot devices like mom and daughter looking identical i can begrudgingly accept but FL's plot is definitely a major plot hole. they made it worse with that scene where FL meets real mom in 1995 which shows that mom still physically exists in this timeline. imagine FL decided to "pick" YC for mom, FL then goes back to 2023/seizes to exist (?), and mom comes back to Korea as scheduled that one time to find out she has a whole bf in Korea apparently hahahahhaa
instead of wasting time on all those scenes of FL chasing after people, we definitely needed more Chung Ah and ML scenes. they literally lived together and we barely got anything. even the night ML found out the truth about the abuse and brought mom to the Snail Guesthouse, they didn't even interact! but i did appreciate the cute grandma and Chung Ah scenes. Actually we needed more Chung Ah scenes in general!
Some of the unexplained plot points:- What was the point of EY confronting SK at the house while she was breaking…
yeah i was so confused about the first and second points about EY and SK. wasn't the person that came out of the shop and EY chased after in the taxi the real SK in 1995? so how come same day EY goes back to the shop and tells Jonathan that if one day someone with the same face comes here pls tell them that you didn't abandon them??? or am i getting the timelines mixed up?
To me it was obvious from the beginning because of the guitar above the entrance door to grandpas shop and the…
i just dont think it was really even necessary to say that the master was the grandfather after all. leaving the master as just a deity wouldve been the typical deus ax machina but adding the fact that it was the grandfather all along makes it less believable. all of a sudden i just have to believe that the grandfather became/is a deity? for what, that little ending feel good moment? how did eun yu even figure that out?
but also why is everyone sh*tting on ML for? he looks mature but def not grandpa.... or maybe i'm getting old too
