Every streaming site, from Netflix to WeTV and iQiyi tends to add all the seasons and content of a title on one page, so nothing strange there either. They're a streaming site, and they need traffic on a single page to determine the popularity of the title.

"Love Mechanics" also has its own separate titles. I really don't see why it's bothersome to a few of you to have this page here on MDL, when hundreds of other users have requested to add it and it's not against our guidelines?
The whole bottom line is = 1. is it a separate video file = yes 2. does it have a different name = yes 3. does it have different or additional content = yes
The director cut is an official series, but not the original commercial one. Common people will watch the normal version, the one released for commercial purposes. While any other version, in this case, director's cut version, will be watched by fans and a few other people who might be interested in it, for some personal reason. Both versions are official versions.
Before online streaming, director/remastered/extended cuts and versions were released on DVD, or on some designated online site, while the original version was released on TV. This is nothing new in the filming industry.
The poster is also right, as it's the official poster released by the production staff for the director's cut version, so there's nothing wrong about it.
As others also mentioned in the comments, this version has some extended scenes, and the name of the title is also different, so not sure what's confusing about it?
These videos are released separately from the original version and contain different content. This is not the first nor last page on MDL especially reserved for the director cut version or remastered version or extended cut version that's connected to the original version. There are plenty of those on MDL. Users should still be able to add these versions to their watch list, as they may or may not watched either only this version, or just the original version, or maybe even both versions. They should have that option to add, which one they watched, on their profile list.
