That we can't know, because changing the name and the description of the tag is open for all users without needing any approval from the staff. So unfortunately, these things like this happen from time to time. ^^

They're both adapted from two different mangas written by two different authors. The only relation they have is that before they were published as a book, they were first released and serialized through the shoujo magazine called Margaret, that is under the publishing company Shueisha. There are many other manga serializations published in that magazine, so they just picked 3 out of countless others and made a deal with Hulu to make a live-action out of them. That's their only relation. (:
