Park Sung Woong, I've liked you since 'The New World' and 'Hidden Identity'. Such solemn characters you used to play, this is a new one. Looking forward to it.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this drama. But how amazeballs are the plastic surgeons in Korea that his face looks exactly the same as Woo Hyun post burns reconstruction? And yet somehow, they couldn't rectify the scars on his body? Shame that.
Yes, I know it's a drama; hence mode while watching hot So Ji Sub in action - suspension of belief.
I'm treating the last 15 minutes of the last episode as an alternate universe, one where Tae Young meets Ki Joo in another timeline. Don't think my weak heart could cope otherwise. A screenplay within a screenplay? No thank you.
What is this script? Even my two favourite actors couldn't save this one. I love you Kim Sun Ah and Joo Sang Wook, but I'll not rewatch this for anything.
Every time I watch a Gong Hyo Jin drama, I think to myself that she must be really good at picking good scripts and have the awesome luck to act with hot, talented male lead actors. Together, both her and other male lead always seem to have amazing chemistry. It was the same situation here. They make what we might easily face palm at believable.
Cha Seung Won, I have no words. I never thought I'd find another male character falling in love as adorable as Kang Min Ho but you proved me wrong. Masculinity, vulnerability, sexiness and dorkiness all blended in one package; Dok Ko Jin is in a class of his own.
