for me he initiated it by letting the men get searched once again even though the prince already did. yes, he is a grey character. I still think it's weird for him to wait and looking like he's a good guy while she doesn't know anything about his envolvement.

ughh don't like gu yan xi at all. let's her get punished and "waits" for her to treat her as if he was the hero and not the evil who put her in the situation. rooting for sml

the lead cast are perfect! can't wait!

I may be wrong but I think maturing is starting to like/symphatizing with this drama.

watched it when it came out..dropped it after ep 2 bc it was too slow and boring for my taste.
picked it up again after 2 years and I am loving the pace, the actors and the reality check. I needed a break from the gloomy perfect lives.

it's good that he's honest but would you want your sibling to go out with someone who says your sibling isn't even his first choice? I'd respect him for being honest but I wouldn't want my sibling with someone who isn't really interested in her/him

Nah I'm glad CH didn't pick JH and I wouldn't have either. "She's not my first pick". Even though JH is honest it was fr the wrong situation to be honest lol.

my crazy unlikely theory would be that the neighboor kid opened the gate bc kang soo ho (her husband) is his dad aka kang soo ho cheated on soo hyun a while ago with the neighboor lady and she got pregnant with this boy. the neighboor kid got jealous.

same!! I started bc of liqin and stayed for him lol. maybe I'll check out hidden blade. I heard that he's a rising actor and I hope he gets more roles/shows that are as well written as war of faith

I've never really been a fan of Wang Yi bo's acting. While I liked him in Street Dance China I couldn't get used to his acting in other projects even though I tried watching most of them
This one is acting wise the best I've seen from him and I really like this drama. Maybe his acting has improved during the time or this kind of role just suits him really well. Either way this cdrama is one of the best I've watched so far in 2024.

My opinion:

JH-> JW-> YW->CA

DJ had a conversation with DH and conflicted feelings whether to choose HW or not. He ended up sendting his text message to the doctor (bc he was on a date with her and wanted to express his gratefulness for the fun he had with her. which made HW mad/confused

I feel so burdened watching this. honestly stopped breathing for a good minute.

damn was about to drop this at ep 4 but continuing was the right decision

I just hope cho a finds someone nice!

hmm right! especially I've read a comment saying that DH YJ and the first girl catfish were spotted in NY together. but tbh I haven't seen JW interact a lot with HW except this episode bc the production team might focus more on the romance lines.

nahhh I wouldn't have either. but DH says I like you the most and HW says "I even like you more" if I didn't mistranslate it (watched it raw). that's what threw me off.

HW being playful with DJ infront of DH and then not receiving his text LOL. karma hit. her face went like from :) to :(
still JW x HW conversation was very nice to watch bc the friendship parts are rarely shown

I find it weird going to DH and hoping for good words from her even though HW knows that DH still likes DJ.
Kind of putting DH in a very uncomfortable spot knowing that DH is a person that won't be able to show her feelings bc she doesn't want to let HW feel bad.
I think it's selfish of HW but once again they went on this show to find a new partner and not friends so I can't judge her.
