This show does cliffhangers right! OMG, CSY with her doctor. I damn near lost it; she's so freaking hilarious! I hope DMJ-ssi kicks JK's a**. I.Love.This.Show!
This show burns with intensity, yet doesn't move so fast that we're left out of the character's lives. We're given these rounded characters (and I can only suspect that we'll see more of the stories as we go), and the show is shot beautifully. I, for one, love the flashbacks!
Yes and no. I wanted to get into them, but by the time I did, the person who introduced me to them left college, and I've only seen her once in 8 years. Could you give me some recommendations? :) I can check it out on YT.

It's sad that you weren't able to bring your guitars with you. It's awesome that you've been able to go to a concert. The last concert I went to at a huge venue was when I saw Green Day's "American Idiot" tour in 2005.

My percussion knowledge (other than my foray into the xylophone) is limited as well. I want to learn "All My Loving" on guitar, but when I will ever be able to sit down and learn to play is another story. My mom had to sell her bass last year; it was a bright purple Ibanez. My guitar is an acoustic/electric Epiphone. Suffice it to say, I love music. It's one of my many hobbies. :)

My dad taught me "All My Loving" by singing it before I went to bed as a small child. Wow, we both have parents who played the drums! My mom was the drummer; her drum set is a replica of Ringo Starr's. My dad dabbledbin violin, but he's a very good singer. My sister and I both sing, and I can play "Hang On Sloopy" on the xylophone, lol.

Yes I did. I love that song.
My interest started because of my Dad. He was a teenager when the Beatles came to the US, and he introduced me to all of the groups that he loved. My mom was a teen in the '70s, so I'm really into funk as well. Now it's funny because my dad will ask me "Who was the artist for this?" if he can't remember.

Cool! My taste in music is varied as well. I'm not a big fan of country music, though. My favorite '60s groups are The Beatles, Paul Revere and The Raiders, The Beach Boys, The Who, Cream, The Zombies, and The Hollies, among others. One of my greatest joys was taking the History of Rock and Roll class when I was in community college. My homework was to listen and give commentary to all of the music presented.

What '60s groups or songs do you like? I was surprised to find someone who thought that would be interesting (other than myself).
