Great article and examples! I'm under punishment to say nice things about Shin Woo right now (long story), so I can't say what's really on my mind, but I will say that I agree with you.
Thanks for the list. I'm definitely interested in Summer Nude and Kamen Teacher, but I'll be sure to check out others when I find out how they are going. I still feel that the drama line up is rather dark for the summer season, but maybe that's just the in trend in j-dorama this year.
Everyone's imaginations on this show...daebak! I love the sensuality of Eun Ha's imagination, yet I am saddened that she imagines herself looking different. I loved this ep so much, and I can't wait for it to be subbed!
Love it so much! I am looking forward to NaNa's story because she intrigues me. Everyone intrigues me and keeps me invested (except for the bullies and the arrogant band members).
I think some people think that the lead actress should be more emotional. However, I like her coldness. It reminds me a lot of how I approached school life in high school: cold and a bit unfeeling because I thought that having emotions would only ostracize me more. I think that our lead is like that too. She obviously has a problem with her mother that probably makes her want to cry even in public, but she tries to hide it because she doesn't want to be a burden. I think that her coldness is just as emotional as if she cried incessantly.
Since I'm a huge baseball and drama fan, this is perfect! My suggestion is the k-drama grand slam (a grand slam in baseball is when the bases are loaded and someone hits a home run): when the kiss goes above and beyond that described in the home run. For example, Queen In Hyun's Man had Ji Hyun Woo hitting grand slams all over the place (or Yoo In Na, depending on the perspective). Lol. LOVE the article!
