I really loved the first episode! I think some people will think it is slow because they are used to fast paced…
That comment was not directed toward you. I respectfully agree to disagree with your assessment of the show's material, and I also have the right to share my opinion. I was moved by the episode personally because I am a bibliophile myself. I said what I said as a general statement, not as a response.
I really loved the first episode! I think some people will think it is slow because they are used to fast paced stuff, but I felt that it suited the show's mood fine. I like this mood; it's not a typical detective drama (like so many jdramas have been lately) and it's about books (my favorite thing in the world). People often neglect the lessons books can give them and the mysteries within them, and I'm glad that this show is highlighting that aspect. Books are not just about the characters, but about the person who identifies with them as well.
am i the only one falling for watanabe. that japanese accent, so cute~ but seriously, i had high for this drama…
Watanabe is soooo cute! When I first saw him, I thought he looked a little like Taguchi Junnosuke when he had longer hair, lol. His smile is so infectious and his accent is cute!
Jin Rak needs to chill out with this possessive language re: Go Dok Mi ("I SAW HER FIRST" etc.). That…
Totally agree. His description of his ideal woman is so sexist...ugh...and he's so possessive. "Seeing someone first" or even touching them first doesn't make that person yours. Jin Rak is completely objectifying Dok Mi. He is hot though--and I don't mind his prickly side, but those particular parts really irked me.

Well, I've studied Spanish since high school, but it wasn't until college that I picked up all of the other languages through classes. This semester is almost completely immersion--3 of my 4 classes are conducted entirely in Spanish. My major is English, but I am pursuing a minor in Spanish. My interest in language and its power and usage is pretty palpable. I am really interested in bringing foreign languages to younger students and to teach that anyone can learn a language. It's about approachability and learning style.

You're welcome! :)
Aww, thanks! I love my job very much.
I disagree with a lot of these picks. There's many actors here that I love and would just be ruined if they played…
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, but I've been studying Potter for many years and have read the books probably no less than 50-60 times, so I think that I know what I'm talking about.
I enjoyed this more than the first special! I loved seeing more of Shirota Yu and Yamamoto Yusuke! I can't wait for this spring's graduation special!!!!!!!
Aww, thanks! I love my job very much.
