I forgot to tell you that your choice as Kame for Remus is perfect when considering the Bem role as a whole. Bem is self-sacrificing, and Remus, for better or for worse, is the same in that regard. I also have a huge thing for Professor Lupin, so it's perfect in that regard too. Oh, Mukai could play Lucius Malfoy--he can do evil very well.

Matsujun could play James Potter, I think.

I think Yusuke could play Seamus Finnegan. He's goofy and so is Seamus.

I can't wait for this to be subbed!!! I've watched the first two raw, though. Yoon Shi Yoon's eyes--I melt every time I look at them...wae so cute?????

I'm not big on the "drama" aspect of the Hana Yori Dango manga, so that's probably why the jdrama appeals to me so much. When I read the manga (by staying up for 27 hours to read the whole thing), I felt the story lagged when it went into the dramatic moments (all the makjang with his mom makes me sick). I preferred when Domyouji was being a doofus or even an ass to that.

I'm not a fan of melos, but I'd be willing to watch if LMH was in it. I agree. Comedy doesn't seem to be his strong suit, but I would want him to grow.

I don't know why I can't finish BoF. I've tried and tried (mostly for LMH), but KHS just ruins it for me. (If you like it, that's okay. I'm just saying it doesn't work for me.) Perhaps it's because I'm so attached to HYD that I can't look past some things.

I totally agree. I love the King and Queen and most of the characters. LMH is so perfect looking as well. I think this show suffered from its being on the shelf for three years, plagiarism scandals, and cast changes. I hope too that LMH can find a drama that suits him, but perhaps has a different character type. As much as I like the noble idiot, revenge-filled or honor filled LMH, I don't want him to be stuck in this type forever. I mean, even in BOF (which I haven't watched all of) or PT (which I've watched most of), he played an arrogant guy who constantly pushes people away.
