if suho doesn’t wake tf up next season im actually going to talk to the writers myself
Can you tell me specifically what happened to Suho? Did he go out with dignity? I need to prepare myself. I’ve committed to watching the show to the end…but I need spoilers. How did Suho get into a coma?! Tell me?!
(And I’m sorry for the intensity. If you don’t want to tell me, I understand. 😅),
Yeah, don’t worry. I mean, in Season 2, we might get a character that fills in that hole Soo Ho left. But I haven’t read the webtoon…but it isn’t complete…so I pray for creative liberty! Americans do it all the time.
I’m very dissatisfied that si eun didn’t let his anger out on beom seok istg HE DESERVED A BEATING OF HURTING…
You know people aren’t punished for their sins, they’re punished by them. Like Kpop stars, the bullying catches up with you. (Regardless if it’s false allegations, apparently it effects your job as an adult).
Or in Beom seok’s case, all his BS in general. AND this is coming from someone who hasn’t finished the drama because Soo Ho ends up getting bested and he had the best character intro in the show 🥲 But still, Beom seok is going to get his. You know in that one movie “Once Upon a Time in High School” there’s that infamous rooftop fight scene at the end. The bully gets a beatdown and all that shiz the viewers had to see happen was worth it. The perfect pay off…
Yeah. I think they’ll make more changes. I’ve ran across a drama or two that’s based on a webtoon that isn’t completed. So a lot of creative liberty is taken. So…maybe it’s a lot more hopeful than we think.
I watched this for the 2021 Watch Challenge, and it surprisingly can be used for a LOT of categories: https://kisskh.at/discussions/forum-games/58165-mdl-s-2021-watch-challenge?pid=1464703&page=1~Since…
😂 Oh, well, I feel you on that one! I’ve been on this site for less than a year. In the future I’m going to tell my pretentious past self to sit down and shut up. Regardless, I understand your sentiment, and being half asleep but still wanting to write your thoughts out.
They really get better as the series goes on. And I’m glad they have more of a role compared to the original.…
I see your point! 😊 It makes me understand the disdain. And why the duo is dislikable.
Maybe there was a bit of misdirection on how the creators were trying to do a new take on the duo when trying to differentiate between the Thai adaptation and the original, to make Thai adaptation stand on its own.
And I know what you mean about slapstick. Sometimes I just don’t feel it. It can get dumb or really dumb. Maybe it depends on my mood or the execution. Thank you!
What I liked about this movie was the humor, the pairing, and the plot execution. Pleng was a very classy individual, and her introduction in the beginning was really cute and cool and dorky. Yet, I also liked Gym. I like how he took his time with Pleng, and started to learn self-love in an understated way. I recommend.
This drama never gets old even after rewatch. 😅 The ML is definitely a morally gray character but you just…
Morally gray characters are always the most interesting to me. You always have to interpret their actions, and come up with your best conclusion.
And I know what you mean, regardingTor’s filmography. But I’m sure the older he gets, he’ll take a couple Sila-like roles, but it’s like a 2.0 version. With a more-or-less different plot, and better storyline.
like hua jai sila and kleun cheewit, is there any other dramas similar to this? Like good chemistry between main…
It’s not necessarily hate-to-love, but “The Love Proposal” starring Fern was pretty good. The villains were just as nasty, and the supporting characters had a bit of drama of their own.
Even though the reception is polarizing, “Fah Mee Tawan” has the hate-to-love you may be looking for.
You may’ve already attempted to watch these dramas. So, you may have to keep looking.

I always tell my sister who has never watched a Lakorn that first-timers always either claim “Hua Jai Sila”…
Also, I don’t think how Sila carried out his revenge involving Khwan was a deal breaker for me. It actually made me say to the screen “That’s what she gets”. Besides, Sila was in denial about his feelings towards Min.
I’ve often found that when people have been hurt very bad in the past, they become the type of individual who have the burden of either rising above what the past has brought them, or staying in what the trauma has dealt them. The older you get, the harder it sometimes is to reconcile the past with the present and the present with the future. So, what Sila did was in a sense, cruel. But revenge was how he thought to reconcile with his past trauma.
Min had her ways that one could deem stupid and push-over-ish. But that was a coping with trauma thing too. Min and Sila simply needed to utilize their best traits to obtain a brighter outlook and some dignity. That’s why so many people got hurt.

I’m so sad they took it off Netflix! Why?!
