its pretty good for what it is - a bit of military, romance, and friendship all in one. after a while i was not interested in the side characters at all (was not rooting for the 2nd couple especially) and i think the main leads carried the drama for me. but it was pretty good and they have great chemistry
this drama is so good and the leads are so hot but i have to warn you that some of the FL's actions may come across as irrational but that is because the drama removed a huge aspect of her mental health issues from the novel... so please take it easy on the FL lol. you can read more about the explanation of some of her actions in the discussion thread!

the gaming thing was just so cliche and the drama seemed to insinuate they were passionate about a career blah blah blah but i didnt FEEL any of it. unlike other dramas where i can clearly see and feel like oh. that's his DREAM.

it makes 0 sense to me that theyre labelled as ep. X instead of the date. makes it ridiculously hard to search for the particular episdoe i want to find

but seriously dont even watch it cause i heard half of the cast are problematic.
i dont think the other 2 ever actually dated... zheyang has dating rumours with one of the s2 or s3 cast i think
