I'm wondering if Ch3plus has engsub on it? Or is engsub on the premium feature exclusive?

I heard their Youtube channel might have eng sub when they upload (usually a few days after airing). They put subs for certain dramas that have learning potential or something. Like with Torranee Ni Nee Krai Krong, they have eng subs on it because of agricultural learning. Anyways if they do, I'll post the link!
