Yeah this one bothered me too. Gao shi de not remembering absolutely anything from the night before was not the serve they thought it was considering how they were selling the show so far as this beautiful, romantic love story between the two.

The thing is that drunk scene was not Gao Shide, that was Sam. If anybody has ever seen interviews with him or the way he is off screen you would see the difference right away. The way he speaks, his facial expressions, his gestures in that scene that wasn't Gao Shide, go back to previous eps or even the same episode but different scenes and see how Shide speaks, his expressions, his gaze, it's like i'm watching a different person during that scene (obviously not talking about him being violent just his facial expressions). I'm not saying this scene was badly portrayed it's just I didn't see Gao Shide there but Sam, imo he behaved very out of character there so pretty much I felt like I'm watching drunk Sam rather than drunk Gao Shide... Just to be clear I don't mind Sam drinking before shooting it's just he is supposed to stay in character and imo he didn't. Also it was confirmed that the whole scene is an improvisation and yeah I can tell

can someone explain to me one thing. when gook comes back home in the 7th episode and he sees the house trashed and later on goes to the last place taejoo's phone was (then he sees taejoo's phone being smashed in some weird place on the bench), what was that whole thing about??? i feel like there is a plot hole here. if taejoo was taken by his father and his people why would his phone be in some weird place in the city all smashed left on the bench?? i understand the mess in the house cuz maybe the father's people took tajeoo by force and that's why they made a mess in that living room, but what was the point with tj's phone being smashed and left in a completly different place!!??

Am I the only person that is super confused with Taejoo's character? How is he going from bluntly teasing Gook and being aware of Gook's feelings towards him (it's pretty clear that he is aware after ep 3,4) to going out and kissing one of his girlfriends right in front of him and later on even bragging about it with that friend? from first two episodes and asking if he saw them etc... Doesn't that make him a complete jerk? He is treating Gook horribly tbh... he's a completle attention whore like the moment attention isn't on him he goes out of his way to destroy Gook's plans... Gook seems almost too good for him

3) just sth to add here.. I think Taejoo got very serious and upset both times (one as you said when Gook joked about leaving his bodyguard position and the other time was during their talk on the sofa when Gook was patching Taejoo's wound), in the second situation Gook says sth like "we're going through these troubles for your safety" and Taejoo gets all upset and basically asks him if he sees this whole situation (them living together, Gook's duty to protect and be around Taejoo 24/7) as trouble because for Taejoo this is not trouble, he likes living with Gook, spending all his time with him, it makes him happy. I believe in both situations Gook's attitude makes Taejoo very insecure about their friendship/relationship because for Taejoo it may seem that Gook is there only because he is obliged to protect Taejoo, be his servant/bodyguard.

bruh now that i think about those behind the scenes interviews when both Bright and Win were saying that they were shy with each other and blushing in so many scenes especially the intimate ones and teasing the fans about it I'm like when were yall shy??? during standing next to each other or acting like two bros cuz there was almost zero intimate scenes all together like I know yall need to hype/promote the series and chase that bag but come on this lowkey smells like a bait to me
