i think its mostly writers fault that they could not balance how they're exploring each character's arc. mostly it revolves a lot about uk. naksu's original plan has been sidelined. absolutely no development and we only have 5 eps left. the rest is just there to keep explaining the lore. im kind of running out of patience. it doesnt help some fans have become obnoxious. 🙄

as long as the actors are able to do their job and make it convincing while cameras are rolling, it shouldnt matter much whatever it is behind the scenes. its not new in filming industry when actors dont really get along that much and just doing their job. some really just want their fantasy fed through shipping and if they dont get what they want they go angry and hate them actors. which doesnt make sense.
anyway i hope this show moves faster, until now they are dilly dallying about mudeok/naksu's development for more exposition 😑

i mean ljw deserves praises an all but not to the expense of other actors getting dragged and unappreciated.
ngl writers focused solely on uk and gave him exponantially fast growth, while other characters are mostly there for exposition, it only did him so much favor.

that's really freaking sad because jung somin is bringing so much to the table. her character is essentially 3 in 1 but she was able to show it convincingly and managed to create good chemistry with other characters not only with the male lead.
this attitude from fans like these are just going to piss off other audiences. their lost i guess :/

its well alive in dramabeans which is quite a surprise imo. the show is not perfect but its intriguing enough tbh. i go there because all characters are appreciated as much as the leads and there's not much bias. most are just looking objectively at the show regardless if the characters are being played by idol actors or not 🤷‍♀️

wow came here to try have a good time but seeing yul's character getting dismissed here instead of discussing how interesting his arc is possibly going to be (re: duty vs love) i guess i'll just stick to dramabeans. discussion seem to be more levelheaded there as well as reddit :/
