I agree that it's a sad ending. I'm hoping that somehow they will meet each other in the future. If they don't want to turn it into BL they could have put the king's soul in a woman's body. The spinoff should at least be a sequel and that Bonghwan meet everyone in the present time. That will be satisfying for me.

I got carried away with the last scene, I thought Dam Hyang (the little girl) really died, but then comes the hand signal- it's a prank. Ep 14 is hilariously fun until the end. 5 more days until the next ep. I'm going gaga over this kdrama!
