I think her feelings and actions are completely justified. But the script really shouldn't have gone down that…
I agree with you on TY's character assassination !! Yeah, why is BXS being like every other SML... He's so petty and childish just like a tool to move forward the wife-chasing trope and paint the tainted husband in new light.
I think it's the acting. He's one sexyy guy but TY's eyes and expressions could do a lot more. He looks like a (handsome) log with a sad expression ocasssionally saying... Yan Hui.... Yan Hui....π₯Ίπ₯Ί No matter how seductive his calls sound, this heart stab catastrophe won't be healed by that alone.
Tbh, I don't have any complaints about the departure from the original plot since I'm just enjoying TY suffer now so they've kept me full and satisfied with his tears lmao.
I am just angry at the writer - now I can't ever use the sentence "the dragon would never harm a single hair on…
Oh no....π I was high-key looking forward to your poetic, well-thoughtout review and its AESTHETIC titleβ€οΈ But I'm sure you'll whip up something equally impressive just as the show endsπ If only the author stayed true to her novel like we aren't even asking for much.... just no stab, no betrayal, no character assassination π€¦ββοΈ

The problem I have with this is if he gives her his HPS and SY kidnaps the kids again, is he going to resort to the same means?
I'm also curious to know why you think the Script is getting worse apart from the Heart Stabbing. I didn't like the plotline of him stabbing her but the author probably wanted to create some tension between them and a betrayal was needed as Yan Hui is an extremely understanding individual. I didn't agree with the way they brought about it though. It felt very heartless.
I'm astonished at how many comments hate on Yan Hui for simply feeling scared and traumatised by the event. She does not take revenge nor does she hate him. She simply wants time to heal and some distance because she feels scared. Imagine the person you love and trusted the most stabs you in the heart after they swore to protect you. Have some empathy people. She is being extremely level-headed but obviously, this is going to impact her a lot mentally.
