I think the entire dream sequence was a cop-out by the writers because they know they can't give irl fluff between them. it's like them saying, "take this fake shxt and get your tissues ready for the upcoming heartbreaking episodes" (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ

I usually like melodramas and angst where the leads suffer a lot FOR each other EQUALLY but based on the trailer and the recent episodes, it seems like only YD is suffering and dijun is going to punish her due to a misunderstanding (think ep 13???)…. Like I understand why he’s so cold to her but damn she’s really losing everything— her man, her sister, her life… The novel’s ending doesn’t seem so bad now lol.

Zhixi seriously has an inferiority complex. She told YD that she doesn’t like receiving help but now she’s trying to find a protector/helper. She’s such a hypocrite— telling her sister to be more focused and study hard but being jealous whenever she accomplished something. And now.. she’s using her sister’s sacrifice to steal her man whom she has no feelings for. What a bxtch.
