Did Sun has romantic feeling for Changge in the manhua?
Yes but they never completely got together or anything like that when I stopped reading which I'm pretty sure was close to where the manhua eventually stopped. However, they had a mutual understanding of each other and the story was never really about their romance. I saw someone describe their relationship as a bond of their souls and I think that's a good way of putting it.
I was a big fan of the manhua when it was still coming out years ago and honestly, I feel bad bc I didn't even realize this was an adaptation of Chang Ge Xing until pretty recently. But, can anyone who also has read the manhua tell me if they kept enough elements of it in the drama to appeal to someone who really enjoyed the manhua? I don't know if I should try watching this drama.
I'm not sure if Jung Hae In has accepted the role yet, but if he did I'm really excited for this! He's amazing in his romance roles but I feel like he's been typecast recently, though that might be his own decision. It would be cool to see him in this kind of role though and I would love to see how he handles it!
