I was about to give up on this drama. I started watching due to the high score rating here but the first few episodes…
I did an all nighter yesterday and finished the series off. It definitely does get a whole lot better. Fast pace, no boring bits so stick to it!! βπ» i have learned to love this drama A LOT. π π
I can't help but notice that Episode 4 has many bad edits. Frankly, I think those directors are amateurs. They…
I was about to give up on this drama. I started watching due to the high score rating here but the first few episodes were soo childish and cheesy. I suppose it was there to show the bond between the characters are developed. But about ep.12, it starts to get interesting. So i say dont give up!!
Was a little bored and looking something to fill my break. Went into this kind of blind after seeing the high ratings here and boy did I enjoy it. Anything that focuses on a budding friendship between people is my go to. And this one certainly disappoint. The last 4 episodes were a let down (rushed and poor story telling) but a solid drama overall. ππ»ππ» Love love love their squad of 6 (7)!!!
Can Ml fight? Or just smart? In terms of smartness can we compare the drama to young blood or joy of life?
How do you rate 'smartness'? In term of script, Young Blood & Joy of Life have more tighter writing and definitely more of a strategic. This one is more relaxed and quite enjoyable without the need of racking brains too much.
I find it extremely ironic that they want to bring the show to the world and show what China has got in the Street Dance scene but limiting the accessibility from the main channel where we are able to watch and understand the show. Why can't they do what they did last year and provide it with subs on YT on the day it was airs? The exclusivity is annoying and highly in convenient. I like to watch it on the big screen chomping down snacks but now have to peer through my phone screen. Watch my prescription go up for my eyes. >"<
Latest episode was great but too many battles that players battle each other. The same resultsβ¦. Yibo team alway…
YiBo's team is made for battles! Individually, they are wicked in their own styles (locking, pop, hip hop, freestyle- they have strong contenders in each category) and are great in battles which is why they dominated this episode along with Lay's team.
This is an absolute gem of a drama. I've ugly cried almost every single episode and had to pause and compose myself to continue watching. My eyes hurt but i cannot stop watching. Beautifully poised drama. Heartwarming, touching and some very random laugh out loud moments. One of the best dramas I've seen to date! Real slice of life!
Gave this one a shot after being repeatedly disappointed by TVB productions for the last few years and was pleasantly surprised!! :) Not to mention the laughter from the foursome team and the tears! My gosh....the tears!!!
Marathoned this and managed to finished 58 episodes in 3 days!! A new record for me! I thought the first half was a bit slow paced but necessary to set up the story. Also, I found the story between Feng Jiu & Dong Hua at times extreeeeeeemely draggy to the point that I had to fast forward their scenes in the latter episodes.
HOWEVER, MARK CHAO, YOU BEAUTY!! Definitely surpassed all my expectations although he first passed my screen about 7 years ago in Black & White. As I am not such a movies person, I haven't kept up to date with his works but he definitely has hell of a great acting skills. His eyes are just mesmerising to say the least. I could ga-ga at them all day. Also, little A-Li was super adorbs! The music was also hauntingly beautiful!!
A bit disappointing about the ending but all in all, a great drama! :) Now to cure my withdrawal and panda eyes! haha
He's definitely on my radar...But I first discovred him from "Story of a Man" aka "The Slingshot" in 2009. Great drama and he plays an austistic technology genius! If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it!
And the bromance with JooWon is simply unforgettable! ??
Love love love their squad of 6 (7)!!!
