really love how the husband wrote the couplets for the whole village and they gave them food in return. it's a simple detail but show how heartfelt the village life there is and why the marquis feels comfortable
(if i'm not mistaken in the book the couplets were sold as a way to make money)

the set design is really good omg they have pig knobs for everything in fan house

if you're idol drama fan then this is absolutely 12/10 total upgrade from the general cdramas. but if you're more into 'serious' dramas with complicated intrigues and messy politics, this is not bad but there's definitely better ones out there.
