In the novel, one of the three boys, Toey got in trouble with this sketchy computer shop. The worker there accused the boy that he broke the computer. He can’t pay for repairs that’s why he was asked to deliver something. Inside is drugs. Yo heard of the situation that’s why he helped and interfered. He paid the sketchy computer shop the repair fees. Jom misunderstood Yo again that he was involved with bad stuff. Yo was covering for the boys so he didn’t tell. Later on the boys admitted to Jom the real situation. Jom then asked forgiveness from Yo.
It might be adapted differently on the show but this seem to be the next scene for next week.

Jom is late twenties. It’s 7 year gap. Yo sorta became Jom’s assistant in the village. As for their relationship, it’s Yo who will pursue Jom first and Jom won’t agree right away. He considered their situations first. Jom is a character that’s hesitant to love because he was hurt by his ex bf. It’s not going to be a casual relationship with Yo. Through Jom, Yo found a purpose and direction for his life. Like he would aim for better opportunities for himself rather than settle. (This is related to his study abroad aspiration like he would aim for a very prestigious college rather than just go to a normal one.)The series is also about life lessons and growth

It will switch up in a few episodes. Yo and Jom will be a couple. They also filmed nc and love scenes but those scenes might probably be for the second half of the series. Not soon yet
Can’t believe I’m saying this but this show is mid at best. There is zero chemistry and the execution is lacking.…
For the episodes so far, I think they are still laying out the foundation for the story. It’s more on backstory and building up the narrative. This is the director’s first BL but he directed lakorns and movies. I appreciate how well the actors act and the cinematography. The director having more experience on mainstream projects might’ve helped more in that. Although they’re all incredibly talented already
As for their chemistry, personally its cute. There are confusions to some that it’s an older man and brat kind of story which is not. It’s a story of pure love. Its about Jom who was scared to love again , who opens his heart to this younger guy, who experienced true love for the first time . It’s not a flashy love story but I am looking forward to see their story unfold.
