Cringefest. Can't really watch.I feel bad for Lee El. She was awesome in Mr. Plankton. She was awesome in When…
Its okay if you didn't have a good experience with those previous dramas because I didn't either but stop judging dramas so early on. The drama gives a very much obvious explanation to why the actress is acting childish and this is supposed to be a rom-COM. You can choose not to enjoy a drama but commenting about it multiple times just seems like you are obsessed
If this drama has very serious tone I'd say it won't work but the fact that the comedy is genuine I really like…
I believe that driver is some kind of stalker, he is definitely giving off those vibes esp when he asked the police repeatedly if she didn't suffer any critical injury when he HIT her pretty hard.
I love this drama so muccch and re-watched two times already but I hope I don't jinx it cos whenever I get excited for something, it starts disappointing me đ. I hope this drama keeps on improving so that I can continue watching it for a long time
Not sure about this one. Have a feeling it will be heavy on flashbacks. And I'm not a fan of flashback based story…
give the drama a chance first though. Even if they include flashbacks, the main storyline will focus on se-ra's old self and how she tackles her problems so idk, you do you
ok that's a myth from side (BECAUSE MY MIND IS DELUSIONAL) ok so she had her accident in 1999 ok then after her…
i think the drama provided the explanation already. Though there is so much to unpack and uncover of the events that happened after the accident she had 25 years ago, it can be pretty much guessed that she lost her popularity for some reason. And I believe Hui-yeong has something to do with that. This is also just a speculation but I believe it will be connected to Du Won, Se-Ra's manager who becomes the CEO of an entertainment company in the future, as well. His character is said to be keeping a close watch on Se-Ra's older self in all the previews of the drama I have read. Maybe, he became Hui-yeong's manager and joined hands with her to bring Se-Ra down at her lowest.
Also, the doctor told Se-Ra that she has 'retrograde amnesia' which is an actual condition that affects the memories of individuals and lead them to remember only the events to a certain point of their lives and leave a huge gap in the present memories. Since it was also said that she came back to the happiest period of her life, Se-Ra likely became depressed after the whole accident thing. There also must have occurred something huge that caused her loss in popularity and depression. Ultimately, she might have chosen to live a peaceful life and work a normal job though she must have been desperate and sad after what had happened.
I recommend watching the series to the end since it is having such a promising start that makes the viewers curious of what might happen next and what has happened and what is happening. â„ïž
I've read a number of comments on other drama profiles like yours and it makes me wonder if any User knows if…
it totally depends on where an actorâs at in their career, whoâs managing them, and what kinda project theyâre eyeing. thereâs so much nuance to how it all plays out, ya know? for big names like ksh, jun ji-hyun, or lee min-ho, theyâve got a ton of say in what roles they take. they donât even need to auditionâproducers and writers come straight to them with scripts made to fit their vibe or public image. like, jun ji-hyun was the top pick for my love from the stars cause the writer knew sheâd totally own it. these stars usually work with big-time agencies that sort through scripts and hand them the best ones, so they can choose projects that match what theyâre aiming forâmaybe a huge drama to keep their fame on lock or a small indie film to show off their range. some even have their own production companies or tight bonds with directors, which gives them even more control over whatâs next. but, even for these heavy hitters, itâs not always total freedom, ya know? sometimes they might feel pushed to take a role to stay in the spotlight, work with a famous director, or keep their agency or fans happy. like, they might sign onto a massive netflix drama or a franchise gig for that global boost, even if the roleâs not their fave. money or long-term deals can also nudge them, especially if theyâre tied to multi-project contracts. now, for newer or mid-level actors, itâs a whole different story, and they donât get much say. theyâre out there auditioning, sometimes against hundreds of others for one part. take jang dong-yoonâhe had to beat out over 200 actors to land tale of nokdu. their agencies are super involved, picking which auditions or scripts to go after. rookies might take smaller roles or less exciting projects just to build their name and get noticed. like kang ki-young, who totally shined in supporting roles in whatâs wrong with secretary kim, used those gigs to climb up to bigger parts. they might get some choice in what they audition for, but itâs limited, and they might feel like they gotta take what their agency pushes to keep things movinâ. then you got the in-between folksâactors who are known but not quite superstars. they might get roles offered directly but still have to audition for the really big ones, especially in fancy dramas or films by well-known directors. like choi woo-shik, after parasite blew up, heâs gotten pickier, choosing roles that challenge him, but earlier on, he probably had to take whatever came his way to build his rep. so, yeah, it really comes down to how big you are. top actors get to pick and choose, often with scripts written just for them, while newbies rely on auditions and their agency, so theyâve got less control. even the big shots, though, deal with stuff like market trends, agency dynamics, or career moves shapinâ their choices.
Personality, I hate both him and his character because he's made misogynistic remarks before and is also a tax…
Why would I need to find things out when its something he said in a fcking press release which is meant to be viewed by the public? The lengths some of you go to defend men like these. Even Korean feminist accounts posted about it and you guys are still trying to deny stuff? Talk about being performative
I am impressed that mdlers are not impressed by YYS. Of course the showrunners hoped his cameo would boost ratings.…
We are not at all mad with the FL. Its just that the writers are not making sense. Also, they should have dropped him and chose another actor or completely dropped the whole plot. They should have probably known that the show isn't going to do well domestically since the broadcasting channel is not that well known and that they are going to rely on the international audience not to flop. And the international audience is famously known for not liking yys so, they should have choosen wiser
I don't trust the writers to do justice to this show which had such a promising premise and characters which are genuinely interesting and don't feel forced. Since its of only 10 eps, time is always running short so, why did they add the very unnecessary plot of her ex? Its been 2 episodes and he hasn't fucking left. Also, why is Beom-woo thirdwheeling? He is supposed to be the main character, THE MAIN GUY. I also don't understand the thought process behind yeon joo deciding to forgive and forget everything and just going to giggling about shit with her ex like he didn't almost destroy her career and made her lose the trust of her mentor. I REPEAT. TAKE THE EX-BF PLOT AWAY. AND REPLACE THEM WITH SUN-WOO'S, YOUNG-HAE'S, CHUN-SEONG'S OR THE OTHER OTHER SIDE CHARACTERS WHICH ARE FAR MORE TOLERABLE THAN WHOEVER THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE DOWN OUR THROATS. RESOLVE THE CONFLICTS PLEASE. THERE'S ONLY 4 EPS LEFT, WE DON'T WANT TO SEE ANYMORE TENSION, JUST FLUFF AND HEARTWARMING SCENES PLEASE
Pls don't hate Yoo Yeonseok, but hate his character Jonminđđ You all call him yys yys when commenting dislikeđ
Personality, I hate both him and his character because he's made misogynistic remarks before and is also a tax evader. The character he plays is trash too
Okay, so let me break it down: The reason why I think Somi is Haesook is because we have seen that Haesook doesn't remember she HAD a kid but Somi seems to know it. This can't be explained unless we stick to the theory that Haesook lost a part of her memory after dealing with the traumatic loss of her son and her memories became repressed in the form of âSomiâ. I have seen the other theories about why everyone thinks Somi is Nak-joon's ex who became obsessed with him but lets be honest. After seeing the latest two eps, I don't think that is the case at all. In ep 3, we got to see Haaesook's whole life but chunks of it were left. If she really had a kid, she would have remembered it too since we saw how she could easily remember her life as a kid during the 1950s. And also, there's this argument that Haesook would recognize her young self or Nak-joon would but what if they just, yknow, forgot? Like the police man who needed a reminder to remember everything?
But the thing is that, theories are just theories and we never know what will be right or not. So, only time will tell
Do you guys have any theory about the pakcheolgwi? I think the evil sage's assistant is a descendant of the pakcheolgwi being used by the sage (since he is exceptionally good at swordmanship). I also believe that the Queen has a role in this as well. As it was said by the Queen Dowager, she was extremely weak but because of the black medicine, she managed to improve. I wonder what backstory the Queen has and her relation to the black medicine
excuse me but drop if you want to. There's no reason for you to enforce what you think onto others. You just sound…
Its very telling of what kind of a person you are if your take on what I said is to reduce it to me being an oppa fan instead of accepting the truth. And thats exactly the reason why you aren't able to enjoy a show without projecting your biases.
